With a private heated pool, spacious accommodations, and a backyard built for outdoor living, this home offers the perfect balance of comfort and coastal charm.


Please note: The home does not have a dock, and boats are not permitted in the canal behind the property.

Pet Policy

Up to 2 dogs under 50 lbs welcome (no aggressive breeds; no cats).
Non-refundable pet fee required.
Pets not allowed on furniture/beds unless protected with covers (please bring or request in advance).
Failure to disclose pets = pet fee + $100 cleaning charge.



Pool & Maintenance


Heated between 78–85°F (seasonal/weather dependent).
Pool service: Tuesdays (chemicals) & Fridays (cleaning).
Landscaping: Thursdays (subject to change).


House Rules

Maximum occupancy: 10 adults (children under 12 excluded per county rules).
Starter supplies provided (toilet paper, trash bags, dish/laundry soap). Guests should plan to replenish during their stay.
Garbage & recycling: curbside Sunday night for Monday pickup.
Hurricane season: No refunds or rescheduling, even for evacuation orders. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
