Great location. Room was very clean and large. Staff Sheri was so nice and upgraded our room without me even asking. I will definitely stay here again.

The hotel is undergong renovations by new owners. The pictures are old pictures, there are no plants. Our room was immediately next to a bar with very loud music until near mid-night. It does not provide breakfast as other properties in the area do, therefore, the rates should be lower.

We had a phenomenal experience with the general manager Lisa and her chef. Very hospitable and knowledgeable for the downtown St Augustine area.
