"Check in was smooth and she was friendly. The room was dirty with old towels shoved behind the bathroom door and used stir sticks still lying on the floor. The sheets were stained and the furniture chipped. The washer was also broken so we had to find a laundry mat."

"The guy at the front desk was very helpful. Our room was fresh and clean. Breakfast was good. It was very easy to park very close to our room. Our room was also close to where I could take the dog out for walks. Will go to Best Western again when I visit my Dad."

"Our daughter said the eggs were discolored, and there was no cereal at all for our grandson. Also, the only milk was skim milk! For a 7-year old? When she asked the person in charge of breakfast, she got no explanation, just “No’s!” Our daughter’s conclusion was that breakfast was terrible, not up ..."
