Portmellon: Beautiful cottage situated above the beach at Portmellon. Stunning views from all windows and a sun trap terrace looking out to sea rustic, simple, historical cottage "Dolphin Cottage". In the centre of Portmellon, 100 m from the edge of the forest, 10 m from the sea, 50 m from the beach. Private: patio, garden furniture, public parking 30 m on the road. Shop 1 km, grocery 1 km, supermarket 11 km, shopping centre 11 km, restaurant 1 km, bar 3 m, bakery 1 km, café 1 km, pub garden 3 m, bus stop "Mevagissey" 1 km, railway station "St Austell" 11 km, ferry "Mevagissey to Fowey" 1 km, sandy beach "Portmellon" 1 m pebble beach "Mevagissey" 1 km, diving center 3 km. Marina 1 km, golf course (18 hole) 11 km, surf school 3 km, sports centre 1 km, walking paths from the house 200 m, children's playground 1 km, fishing possibilities 1 km. Exit to the terrace. Upper floor: (open staircase) living/dining room with panoramic window with dining table, digital TV and electric heating. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer). 2nd upper floor: (open staircase), 1 double bedroom with 1 double bed (135 cm, length 190 cm). Bath/shower/WC. Terrace furniture. Very beautiful panoramic view of the sea. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi). Please note: maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. Historic Cornish fishermans Cottage furnished in keeping with tradition, in a wonderful beachside location. Please note steep internal stairs.
