Great place!
We really enjoyed the property. It is beautiful, modern, new, clean, spacious, and has a phenomenal kitchen and everything you need for cooking and to have an excellent stay. The location is also excellent. Overall it was fantastic. The only drawbacks are: 1) Internet speed is either really slow or almost nonexistent. However, this is not any fault of the property, it is consistent even at many upscale resorts on the island. Even using my cell phone as a hotspot I could not get enough signal to get good Internet service. 2) Limited hot water. Usually enough for one person to take a short hot shower, but anyone else will need to either wait a bit or be ready for a cool shower. 3) The mattress in the second bedroom is a king, but extremely firm. We like firm mattresses but it was uncomfortably so to us. 4) The loft area is where the futon is but unfortunately because there are AC units only in the two bedrooms, is impossible to cool the loft area. As a result, it was too warm up there to be a usable space (and I wouldn’t plan to have anyone sleep on that futon because it will be very warm through the night). During the day, you can open the bedroom doors and that will cool the entire living room and kitchen area- it will not cool the upstairs loft. It is not a big deal because there is a super comfortable living room and amazing outdoor balcony deck with two super comfortable chairs and table plus entire dining room table that’s also fantastic. there’s also a Hammock chair that our kids love to sit in to read and study. Really large house with tons of great spaces!
Overall, an excellent location and Rental and a good value on the island. Would definitely recommend.
