「We didn’t spend a ton of time in the house or really use the kitchen much, but it did seem really well stocked. We could tell that Sue put a lot of thought into what people may need while staying there - the front closet was stocked with beach stuff (chairs, towels, etc and there was an umbrella in case of rain. The bed was really comfortable. and we enjoyed sitting on the porch in the evenings. It really was a nice cozy place. 」

「Did not reveal apartment was on the 3rd floor and had no elevator. Beds were not that comfortable. Apartment was clean and quiet. I did not like that I had to wait until the day of check in for details to enter as I had a 6 hr drive to my destination and not able to review my email on the road.」

「The room has severe termite activity on the interior walls. Termite tunnels all over the walls. Wall structure is weak and sheet rock is cracked and crumbing. Mold all Around the bath tub. Coffee maker was broken. This really was an inconvenience!! Entry door was hard to shut. 」

「Clean apartment, the neighborhood is a little sketchy, the couch smelled like urine, the beds were not super comfortable, but the kitchen was very clean and the bathrooms were very clean and the building was quiet. The host was very responsive and kind.」

NO complaints-we LOVED the rental- it was so much better than a hotel room & lots to walk to within 30 mins & quiet & safe area. If you require a dark room for sleep -plan to bring something to cover the wood window shutters especially if courtyard patio lights are kept on overnight—we prefer a batcave to sleep so we travel prepared :) When parking in garage make sure to look for black metal gate to enter to courtyard—you...

「Great communication. Place was clean and location was great. We were able to park easily and walk to nearby coffee shops, bars, and restaurants. We also took easy Uber rides to the quarter. 」
