「May be the reason for the early morning, no one in the hall, almost to sleep, the key and the name on the door do not match, looking for a long time, the room is very hot, the air is not cold enough, the bed is also covered with plush cushions! Health is generally not very satisfactory.」

「Good Stay 4 nights Staff was friendly and quick with any questions or concerns room was good a lot of parking」

「The pictures posted are definitely deceiving, the room you get looks nothing like the pictures.」

「We had a wonderful stay at the Hampton Inn in Saginaw. Very nice clean facility, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.」

「Exterior door entry to room. Room had no carpeting, old beat-up furniture, poor flooring (don't walk barefoot) no hair dryer, no tissues, towels were old, no coffee/tea in room. Shower and vanity were nice. Overall, 1.5 out of 5 is a fair rating. Over-priced for quality. At another hotel next night, pd $10 more for what we would rate 4 of 5 and had everything missing from the Knights Inn.」

「Stayed as an emergency night. Poor breakfast options but coffee was good.」

「Spent 1 night here as a family of 4. We loved that the toilet was separate from the shower in our suite. The room was clean and reasonably priced for a quick overnight stay.」

「The faucet in bathroom was loose- I did report this. The pool was closed due to cleaning during all of my stay. My room was clean but the hallways Carpet had dirty spots musty smell. Staff were very nice」

「The pool was closed when we went. I got an email the morning of check-in saying that it closed that morning but my husband said it looked like it had been down for a while. If I had known the pool was down, I probably would have booked elsewhere. The room was great - there were 5 of us on the 2nd night and we had room for all of us (2 bedroom suite). The outside door would not work with our keys at all. The beds were quite uncomfortable. But everything else was great! Oh! The shower...

「Room was clean. Property location is good.」

「The staff were extremely helpful. Motel is not new, it's not like a Holiday Inn but room was clean, though it could have had more than one set of towels in it. Didn't use the AC but the heat worked. Location was very convenient to where we were going and price was right. A great choice for our stay.」

「So close to everything! Really enjoyed the area.」

「Great place and friendly staff. Breakfast was also very good. Overall great stay!!」
