Despite my certainty regarding the item's location, the front desk staff refused to physically check the lost and found storage, citing only that it "wasn't in the system." “I had to attend a conference in Ontario and had no idea of what motel to pick. Expedia answered my need. I spent two nights. Everthing was at least good. The TV was poor and there weren't enough electrical outlet for my needs. The desk clerk was especially friendly. The breakfast hit the spot. I was only five miles from my meeting places downtown. I was able to park just outside my room which was on the first floor.”

“The staff was nice but last two visits the tv was just low quality, broken remotes, no options, last two visits. Internet was a pain to sign into. My room 222 had an insane light right outside the window, blackout curtains did not work. They ignored me on the issue. It was not a horrible stay but room 222 sucks”
