The hotel is small but the owner and staff were quite pleasant and helpful. Love chatting with the owner and hearing all the upcoming plans of the upgrades she plans on implementing. Love the quiet feel of this place

Room was clean enough and bed was very comfy, but despite many no smoking signs my room, the halls, and the common room were full of smoky smell. Desk person was often absent, and since my key card kept not working that was a problem (she was pretty surly, as if it were my fault—have never had a problem with a key card anywhere before, so no). A small modest place, convenient, but no stairs and not staffed at night.

Nice tidy motel off the interstate with a great owner that cleans the entire place herself.

Issues during check-in, we arrived at 10pm and the door was locked. Had to call numerous times to get to the room, took about an hour. The bathroom could use a refresh. However the staff member was kind and the bed was comfortable and clean. The lobby is nice and breakfast was basic but sufficient. Okay value for the price-point and good location off the hwy. But if arriving late call to confirm you can get to your room.

We arrived after we had booked a room on Expedia. And we knocked on the door and called the number and the owner answered and said she has no room for us that all the rooms were booked so we had to go find a room at a different hotel.

Arrived around 10:30pm only to find that no one answering the phone or door, regardless of the signs stating check in is 3pm-12pm with a call number. Expedia left me stranded in a thunderstorm for 3.5 hours and waiting until nearly 1:00 a.m. for their so called “resolution”.
