Fabulous family fun

Spacious and clean. Lots to do. Lots of resources. Plenty to do for all ages.cannot fault holiday home. Fantastic range of things for children at the house including wendy house table tennis and great array of toys. Only suggestions for home could be offer a change of towels midweek or orovide separate dryer as combination washer dryer one not suitable. For the site perhaps provide eg a pitch n putt or some kind of indoor activity when weather is poor oh and provide more dog bins.

Lovely week at lodge 27

Lovely lodge with all amenities you could wish for. Very quick response to a couple of small issues by Dave. Plenty of cleaning products etc. Really really comfy beds but the rearranged bed in the playroom had no curtain so was very light and very hot! Children loved all the toys and the eve entertainment for littlies. Adults loved the hot tub 2 fridges! Only downside was a massive hedge in front of the lodge so no view but it did block the noise from the ‘lake’. Great holiday apart from the resort facilities, we would have expected them to be better for the price of the holiday, tennis courts were frankly dangerous as so gravelly, the pool was pretty small for such a big resort though the booking system worked well (only 30 allowed at once). Expected the watersports lake etc to be bigger. Flowrider looked amazing. Humps around the resort were too big for my MIL mobility scooter to get over so she got stuck a few times. My big beef was with the Lookout restaurant. Couldn’t make a coffee for toffee and took an absolute age to produce them. When we tried to eat there (bank holiday sat) they let us take menus etc then when we went to order said that they weren’t taking any walk ins as they only had one chef. And freezing cold as air con on full blast.

Just Perfect!

Had a lovely stay at this beautiful Lodge, it had everything you needed and more! Very clean and lots of Toys and games for the toddler as well as the Table Tennis and Hot Tub for the Adults, would highly recommend a stay, perfect location for Padstow (5 miles) and other surrounding areas!

Family celebration

The property itself is faultless. The lodge is completely kitted out with everything you need for a relaxing family getaway. The bottle of prosecco was a great touch, especially as our food delivery wasnt ariving until later that evening! Beds were really comfy! The resort itself could do with a bit of investment, especially the park and activities side, as there were no swings on the set or zipwire. It was all looking a little tiered. We visited the pool on Saturday and that was very well maintained as was the surf area and resturant. There were lots of activities and music playing from the lake, and the vibe there was also good. We spent the sunday at Harlyn Bay which is highly recommended. There was a good chose of street food available and parking next to the beach, ideal for paddleboarding and exploring! Also completely dog friendly all year round.
