“We (3 couples) stayed in March 2026. I am giving it 3 stars based on a mix of good and bad aspects of our stay. On the plus side, the house has a stunning view. The pool is small but refreshing. The two upper bedrooms have comfortable beds and nice ensuite bathrooms. Management was responsive and the maintenance guy was great (thanks John)! The house was poorly cleaned prior to our arrival. “The beach view could not have been any better. Everything we needed was provided to us - snorkeling gear, sun hats, water shoes, floatation devices - you name it. This was, by far, the best vacation we have ever had - and that is all due to this property. Close enough to Fredericksted, Rainbow Beach, and all of the shops but still felt secluded. Getting in and out was very simple and we always felt secure. The deck provided us with a perfect place to conglomerate and the kitchen had everything……
