Good Morning AlanI'm really sorry that you did not enjoy your stay. I only arrived at the Motel on Wednesday afternoon to fill in as Relief Manager. I understand how your stay would not have been up to Standard and again I apologize for this. I have 4 weeks here and I will do my very best to create better Guest experiences.

OK stay
I booked a family room for our family of 2 adults and 2 teens. Whilst the beds accommodated us, the room was very small .. so small that there was barely any room to walk around, certainly no space to even open a suitcase unless it was on the bed. It was a one night stay and served a purpose but I should I find myself in town again I would stay somewhere else. It was clean and functional (just).

Manager was very pleasant and made himself available if we needed. Bed was very comfortable. It's an older motel but the rooms are very clean and well maintained.
