Our brand new 6-bedroom, 6-bathroom home offers 3,283 square feet of thoughtfully designed coastal luxury. Built to modern construction standards and positioned to capture panoramic Gulf views, SeaLuxe is ready to be your seasonal escape! Located within the golf-cart district on SGI we are conveniently located at 716 E. Gorrie Drive. We offer direct beachfront access via private boardwalk.
The open-concept interior blends coastal elegance with modern sophistication, creating an inviting space for entertaining, relaxing, and enjoying unforgettable island sunsets. Each spacious bedroom features its own private bathroom, offering comfort and privacy for owners and guests alike.
Outside, the elevated deck becomes your personal oasis. Swim in the heated, or cooled, saltwater pool, unwind in the hot tub, or watch the waves roll onto St. George Island’s sugar-white sands. With the Gulf just steps away, every day feels like a vacation.
