Peaceful Haven is a newly constructed 2800 sq. ft. Bayfront home with spectacular sunset views from your choice of decks or private dock. Come visit our home nestled in nature in the gated community of The Plantation.
Peaceful Haven is private, has great views of the beautiful Apalachicola Bay and is less than a five minute walk (1100 feet) to the beach so that you will experience the best of both worlds.
Pull under the house into the carport and unload without having to worry about weather. From there, you have keyless entry access to the First Floor living area and can use the elevator to bring in luggage if needed.
The first floor has the first Master King Suite. On the same level is a spacious kitchen to entertain family and share a meal, then lounge on the 2 large sofas or swivel chairs. Living room has a 60 inch Smart TV(to use Apps Available with guest personal account), YouTubeTV and free wifi.
You can enjoy the bay views either from inside or walk onto the large screened in deck.
Kitchen is filled with plenty of tableware and serving dishes. Several handy small specialty appliances and tools available for any chef or baker. The dining table is large with comfortable chairs.
Half bathroom is adjacent to the kitchen.
Second Level Living 3 Bedrooms:
BR 2- Another Master King Suite - Tempurpedic King Bed. Walks out onto large covered porch overlooking the bay. 50 inch Smart TV, large private bathroom with walk-in shower and double sinks, separate toilet.
BR 3- Queen size bedroom looks out into the large deck and bay. 50 inch Smart TV, private shower and bathroom.
BR 4- Bunk bed Room - Has 2 Bunk Beds - Twin over twin and Twin over Full Bed. 40 inch Smart TV. Full bathroom with tub/shower is just across the hall. Walkout to the 2nd floor deck is at the end of the hall.
Sitting area with couch and 50 inch Smart Tv on second floor landing.
Relax in your own private pool (MUST ARRANGE AND PAY PRIOR TO VISIT - can be heated for a fee of $500/week, $300 for 2 days plus $40/day after)- Pool will not be heated if outdoor temperature during a 24 hour period averages below 60 degrees F or warmer than 80 degrees F.
Wash off sand in the hot/cold outdoor shower. Small outdoor sink and prep table for cleaning.
Dock with boat lift available upon request for ease of launch and storing of your boat for fishing.
Walk out onto the private dock and watch the mullet jump, beautiful sunsets or you may even be lucky enough to see dolphin or manta rays.
Sorry. NO PETS ALLOWED. If rule is violated, renters will be asked to vacate immediately and will be required to pay for deep professional steam cleaning of furniture, upholstery , flooring and rugs.
Once you stay here you will know why we call it our Peaceful Haven.
Each reservation is required to pay a $100 gate entrance fee and complete a Plantation Rental Agreement. You will then have access to all of the amenities including 2 pools, 2 tennis and 3 pickle ball courts, fitness center, nature trails and access to Bob Sikes Cut and Nicks Hole.
Maximum number of guests is 11, including children. No exceptions.
Elevator is for Service use only - transporting luggage and groceries into the home or for those guests who cannot walk up and down stairs.
We have outdoor cameras to monitor for security and weather. The pool is not monitored for your privacy.
