This stylish modern unit is nestled within the 300 Ocean Mile Community (updated 2024) is the perfect fit for guests looking for simple and comfortable beach living! Some notable features making this unit a popular choice are contactless arrival and departure with keyless coded entry, germ resistant floor coverings, a beverage station, a king suite with beach view, bathroom with tub/shower combo, a very spacious combined living environment with high ceilings, living room with easy beach and pool accessible via boardwalk system. Other comfort amenities selected and provided by the owners are beach chairs & umbrella, beach towels, Bluetooth Speaker, Bodywash, liquid hand soap hand and hand sanitizer, paper products, Guests arriving to eagerly begin their time in our space find it clean, meticulously prepared with them in mind in accordance to current world health safety guidelines and with beds made, all linen and personal care essentials provided .
Steps to pool and boardwalk to beach. (no road to cross) Walking distance to state park. All linens provided. Free WiFi and cable TV. Fully equipped kitchen. One king bed/ queen sleeper sofa.

Just gets better every time I stay here love the renovations
Absolutely amazing stay I’ve actually stayed at this property two times before and love the renovations. Such a quiet serene community. Great location went paddle boarding just one minute away and convenient to so many little quaint towns to shop and eat.
We really enjoyed our time at the condo at 300 Ocean Mile. We have stayed in this condo previously and we’re glad we stayed again. We love that the beach is right there and you can just walk out there. Condo has everything you need for your stay. We are ready to come back.
Great neighborhood and great location to the beach. Place needs to be updated. Bathroom is small and dated, guess that’s why there are no pictures on line (Mirror was framed with black duct tape that was coming off). 4 paper towels were provided on an almost empty roll, lights were out in bathroom, all the canned lights in kitchen and on microwave were out as well, sheets and towels were left in the dryer. The location makes it a good place for a quick weekend like we had.
Small, but perfect for what we needed it for. The property manager was nice and friendly and very helpful in getting answers to anything we needed. I also ran into the HOA manager who was very nice. Unfortunately, one of the two pools was down during our entire stay but luckily there was two pools.
Condo is a great location with easy access to beach and pool. Overall the condo was fine. It was well stocked with everything for a week at the beach. However, it could use a deep clean. Crumbs on the kitchen table, dust and dog hair on most flat surfaces, hair balls in corners, sand and hair on the kitchen sink, etc. I did mesage the owner about it who responded saying he'd personally cleaned for an hour before my arrival. He did offer to come clean more; however, at that point I'd already cleaned most of this up myself.Had everything been clean on arrival I would have given this a higher rating.
Great little condo! Very close to the beach, pool right out front, and easy parking! Very nice place to stay for a couple/small family. Upon our arrival (about 2 hours after normal check in time and not in “peak season”) we did notice some food left in the oven, dishes in the sink, unmade beds, and sand on the floor. The managerial staff was accommodating though, and they had a crew come out to clean the unit immediately. Seemed like a miscommunication as to when we would arrive. After that though, everything was very pleasant. We would stay again! Our dog had fun too :)

Although communication, check-in process and location (we love ocean mile 300) was great,
Cleanliness and accuracy of the listing was not.
The property is listed as "remodeled" but it still needs more remodeling= Towel rod next to shower was barely holding on to the wall, several spots in the floor in kitchen were "spongy feeling", closet door in bedroom almost fell on top of me when opening, the toilet ran a lot and made weird squealy noises, and there was no water hooked up to outside spicket to rinse off sand.
Unfortunately the property was not very clean either= There were crumbs on the floor, dirt and sand on the coffee table and dresser, we had to wash a frying pan before use because it was dirty, also the bath towels were in the washer and we had to dry and fold them before we could take a shower.
The owner of property did tell me about the towels and stated that they were just getting out of hospital so I am not angry or upset, just a bit disappointed at the lack of cleanliness and disrepair.
I hope all is fixed for the next renters.
Our family stayed at this condo for a family vacation. The location was perfect with all of the amenities you need. The unit was clean, decorated nicely, and supplied with an array of daily items needed.
Wonderful and clean place to relax while in SGI! Everything was PERFECT!!!! Communication with owner was great. Condo was organized and clean! Owner allowed us to check in early. We loved everything about it and so did our fur baby!
We absolutely loved this condo and all that came with it! The pools were clean and cool, the beach access was so easy and close, I loved how dog-friendly the entire island was, we could literally take our little poodle anywhere. I appreciated how firm the HOA was at Ocean Mile and their dedication to keeping this property and its units ‘up to code.’ We will definitely be visiting again in the near future!!
My husband and I brought our almost 2 year old to stay at SGI and loved it! Such a short walk to the beach and the property was clean and well taken care of. We enjoyed the pool also. Such a quiet, family friendly beach.
