The exterior of this vacation home is surrounded by pine trees, offering both beauty and a sense of privacy. Its ground floor has a fish cleaning station and covered parking. The home is well laid out, dog-friendly, and tastefully decorated. On the first floor, you will find the bedrooms and an additional sitting area. This floor also provides an additional seating area with direct access to its private deck. The communal living spaces are on the second floor, maximizing the views of the surrounding trees and views of the Gulf. Taking the elegant central spiral stairs you enter the open living/dining/kitchen area. This space boasts vaulted ceilings and large windows on three sides. The living area is tastefully decorated and features a large screen TV with cable/DVD and a Wii gaming system. It also offers plentiful seating, including a sleeper sofa (queen) and direct access to the large, open deck. The dining room features a table that comfortably seats eight. The well-equipped and modern kitchen has lots of windows to enjoy views from the kitchen, as well as Gulf views through the dining area, a breakfast bar that seats four, a dishwasher, and modern stainless appliances. This floor also offers a shared bath.
