"Room was acceptable. Too much decaffeinated coffee and tea and not enough of regular. Staff was pleasant at check in and out. Restaurant staff didn’t seem to happy. Need to smile more. It’s not the guest’s fault that they have to work."

"The Staff are what make this hotel stand out to me and my wife. The staff at this hotel care for their customers and are very alert to their customers every need. Case in point, our Luggage was lost/delayed when we arrived in Sydney. We explained our situation to the hotel front staff and they were amazing. They went above and beyond what I would typically see and or expect from counter staff/management. They called multiple times, on their own time, the airport baggage company responsible for our luggage. If the staff saw my wife and I in the reception area they would always update us on the status of our luggage, good or bad. All of the staff we dealt with, both night staff and morning staff were amazing. Accor, your training/hiring of exceptional staff have won me over. I Highly recommend anyone stay at this fantastic service hotel!!!"
