「There was NO staff. I managed to snag one of two spots.」

「Room was beautiful and the location was great. Contactless which I wasn't sure about but was great. Easy code to get into the building and our room and check out was just as easy. Lovely Tea/Coffee bar with snacks. Will stay here again.」

「No elevators in the place so you need to carry all of your stuff up a ton of stairs. There was a huge bug in our room and the AC’s didn’t work well. The guy had to come out and help but he got it going. Need more towels than 3 for a family. Loved the washer and dryer and location, and parking available. Pull out bed needs a new mattress as it had stains! The couch needs a good steam clean. Otherwise it was cute and cozy!」

「Great clean room, nice little kitchenette area. Good breakfast with a nice large area with plenty of tables to accommodate everyone. Convenient parking garage next door (although it’s a city garage- $20/day) and just a couple blocks from all the great downtown restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay here again.」

「Completely impersonal. No coffee in the room. Lobby coffee maker did not work with no instructions. Toilet was not properly installed. Location and bedding was great.」

「Staff made a terrible mistake during check-In and charged a Hold for my room charges again despite the Front Desk Staff and Manager knowing and confirming that I had prepaid more than $1,100 for my Stay. Was there for my Son’s Graduation which adversely impacted my enjoyment of something I’ve waited a long time for. Staff, even today during Check Out, blamed my Bank for their charge error. Reached out to the General Manager and incredibly have not received any response.」
