Amazing
We stayed here over the summer holiday with our kids and we all had a fantastic time. The hotel itself is in the most beautiful setting with amazing views in all directions. The breakfasts were lovely and the hotel has a great coffee shop with the most gorgeous cakes and ice cream. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Special mention to the staff who were just fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble and they went above and beyond…thank you for a wonderful stay. We will definitely be returning.

Lovely hotel situated on the cliffs of Jerbourg! Beautiful views & excellent access to the local walks. The staff are extremely friendly and professional.

Wish we could have stayed longer...
Everything was superb from start to finish - stylish hotel, spotlessly clean, absolutely lovely room with pretty much panoramic views (Room 11), comfortable king-sized bed and quality toiletries. Choice of cooked breakfasts daily and ample fresh fruit and pastries. Staff immaculate and really friendly. Sunday lunch featured the best carvery my husband had ever had!

Marvellous stay
Fabulous stay at the Jerbourg. Incredible menu and quality of food. Service was friendly and efficient - all the staff were really lovely and the owners are super-nice people. I’ve visited Guernsey often, and this is really a little gem of a spot.

Just Alright
Decent cliff top location with excellent views in the right conditions. Hotel OK, but a little tired and didn’t really excel at anything. Tip - bring your own hairdryer and tea bags.

Bedroom not very clean. Lots of dust on TV. Bathroom not very clean. Rust on bath. Windows and blinds in corridor full of dead flies and webs. Breakfast not too good. Breads need covering as flies walking on bread boards. Not up to standards from 2 years ago.

L'établissement est idéalement situé pour profiter du calme et de la vue splendide sur la côte. Un plus : le bus pour aller visiter l'île s'arrête juste devant la porte de l'hôtel. Sentier de randonnée également à proximité. L'accueil est très chaleureux et le personnel aux petits soins. Côté restauration, petit déjeûner vraiment complet, restauration copieuse et savoureuse. Chambres spacieuses et très bien tenues.

Quiet hotel in a lovely position overlooking the sea. Pleasant seating/bar area selling FANTASTIC cakes. Staff were very professional at all times and we had a great stay.

Das große Plus dieses Hotels ist die wunderschöne Lage, die Bushaltestelle vor der Tür und einigen sehr gut engagierten Mitarbeitern (in diesem Fall besonders einer Mitarbeiterin). Das Zimmer war schön groß und sauber, dass Abendessen sowie die Kuchentheke sind sehr lecker. Das Frühstück, besser gesagt das Nachfüllen von einigen Speisen (Baguette und ähnliches) läuft nicht gut - hauptsächlich weil es nicht nachgefüllt werden kann .... die Qualität ansonsten ist ok., abgeräumt wird sehr langsam Das Ess- sowie generell das Verhalten im Frühstücksraum lässt manchmal sehr zu wünschen übrig - ist allerdings kein Problem vom Hotel Sehr schade ist, dass sich um den Aussenbereich ( gerade am Pool) sich nicht so viel darum gekümmert wird. Alles in allem können wir das Hotel trotzdem empfehlen.

The Hotel is greatly positioned being on cliff for sea views with the other islands showing.. Great walks ... I would say a car is essential to get around / visit St Peter port rather than trying to use the buses.. Hotel has a high quality restaurant / nice bar and breakfast area .. We had a balcony room with direct sea view which is highly recommended... Very satisfied...

+ Die Lage ist toll / Empfang, Frühstück-und Essensbereich modern renoviert / Essen und Kuchen-Bar sehr gut / Freundlicher Service. - Zimmer alle leider alt. Nichts schönes und gemütliches (ausser wohl die Suite). Dicke schwere dunkle Vorhänge, Teppich und braune Möbel aus den siebzigern, sehr sehr schade! Preis/Leistung stimmt für mich so nicht.

Lovely hotel with great views
We stayed for a week in this lovely hotel . It is situated in a quiet area and has fabulous views of Herm and Sark and the sea. The staff couldn’t have been more pleasant or helpful. Our room was spotlessly clean and had a lovely view. We left our car in the car park as the bus stop is opposite the hotel entrance and can take you all around the island . All in all a wonderful stay in Guernsey.

Die Lage des Hotels ist einzigartig schön! Die Bushaltestelle vor der Tür ist sehr praktisch gelegen. Alle Mitarbeiter des Hotels waren immer sehr freundlich und bemüht, alle meine Wünsche zu erfüllen. Das Essen im Hotelrestaurant war sehr gut, vor allem die große Kuchenauswahl hat mir gut gefallen. Ich werde das Hotel erneut buchen und ich freue mich schon auf den nächsten Aufenthalt.
