Hotel Arte

"From checking in to checking out Hotel Arte was a smooth, flawless and pleasant experience. Kudos to Davide and the guy at the restaurant for going above and beyond their duties to make us feel like VIP guests and at home. The hotel has everything we needed for a comfortable stay and more. The breakfast, HOLLY COW!… THA BREAKFAST WAS SUPERB. Comfortable, clean, modern and spacious rooms. Spotless bathrooms. Great atmophere. The decor is contemporary, modern, country style and unique at the same time. The cherry on the top: I left my phone in the Uber to the hotel, Davide (front desk) took actions right away and help me to recover my cell really quick. He literally was the first person I met when I arrived to Switzerland so his kindness to me was the reflection of the whole countrry. Priceless! Back to breakfast… BEST BUTTER CROISSANTS EVER (put of france). STAY COOL GUYS. You are doing a great job"

"We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Steffani. The staff made us feel welcome, and we really enjoyed our visit to St. Moritz. We especially appreciated the transportation to the train station. The driver was very kind and efficient, and the ride made our departure much easier. We would gladly recommend this hotel and hope to stay here again!"

"Reserve this hotel. Regardless of your financial situation, stay at this hotel. Take out a loan if you need to. It’s an singular experience that provides the feeling of a second home. Hospitality gets thrown a lot these days. Only a few know what the word truly means. Suvretta House is the very top in service. Guiseppe and Andrea are absolute class. Even the lady in the Zegna boutique and those in the Spa are world class. This is a hotel worth traveling for."

"We stayed at the Crystal Hotel for a single night in October of 2026. It was a lovely hotel and the staff were exceptionally helpful. It is well situated for walking and exploring St Moritz, and the transfer from the train station makes getting to and from the hotel very easy. I would definitely recommend this property to people visiting St Moritz."
