“This efficiency apartment is well appointed,nicely decorated and just what we needed for our spring break getaway. Be aware that the shower temp is hard to regulate,we never really found the sweet spot, we both just used it as a hand held and showered quickly. “The condo was very clean and was just like what was in the pictures. The location can not be beat being right by the pool and a block from the beach. The ocean view is great to view beautiful sunsets. There are many restaurants within walking distance too. Rodger was great with communicating in a timely manner and answered all our questions.
