You will live in a climate-neutral way in this house, as it is supplied exclusively with wind power and biogas. The apartment has its own entrance, is approx. 58 m² in size and can accommodate up to four people. Enjoy the view from the eastern terrace of the extensive marsh meadows, the outer dike and the dunes while you enjoy your breakfast in the warm sun. The south terrace offers a cozy seating area with green privacy and wind protection, ideal for relaxing and lingering. The modern and cozy seating group in the living room and the selected pieces of furniture give the apartment a homely atmosphere. For hygienic reasons, carpets were deliberately omitted, but the bathroom and living room have a pleasant floor temperature, which offers you a feel-good experience even in the cooler seasons.

In the basement of the house there is a shared washing machine with dryer, which you can use for a fee.

The apartment is located in a traffic-calmed cul-de-sac and is only 500 m from the crossing to Ording beach, the largest sandbank in Europe.
