The approx. 90 sqm apartment sea lights in the house of Villa Anna offers enough space for up to five people. The small room has two single beds with a bedside table and closet. In the large bedroom there is a designer box spring bed with a large closet, and direct access to the balcony. You can now also use our free WiFi.

The balcony is accessible from both the bedroom and the living room. The spacious and bright living room offers a comfortable seating with a modern 40 inch TV with USB connection and a Phillips stereo system. We are now making a Wii game console available with a variety of games and accessories.
There is also a dining area with a hinged hatch to the kitchen. In the living room there are also two balconies facing south and east. The balconies invite you to a leisurely breakfast or a romantic sunset.

The kitchen of Apartment 37 is fully equipped. It offers a dining area. It also has a dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave and everything your heart desires.
The spacious bathroom offers both a shower and a bathtub, where you can relax after a long walk on the beach.

In Villa Anna there is also the possibility to use the washing machine and dryer for a small fee of € 3. A laundry basket is ready for you in the bathroom.
An underground parking space belongs to the apartment.

For 15 € per person you can optionally book a laundry package.



Villa Anna is located in the heart of St. Peter-Ording, in the Bad district. There is a home cinema in the house, two restaurants that offer a delicious breakfast, a fashion boutique and a tanning salon.

Kurärzte, Kurmittelhaus, wellness center, fitness studio, Dünen-Therme, beach promenade, new pier, spa park, as well as shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity.

The beach is very close and can be reached via the beautiful pier on the promenade. There are various restaurants on the promenade, there is something for every taste! In the evening you can watch the sun sink into the sea in the beach chair near Gosch with a nice glass of wine.

Sauberes, großzügiges Appartment
Sehr zentral gelegen. Sehr sauber. Größzügiger Aufenthaltsbereich. Gut ausgestattete Küche. Zusätzlich 2 zimmer, eins mit Doppel Bett und eins mit zwei Einzel Betten. Einrichtung mit sehr viel Dekoration, passend zu St. Peter Ording. Kommunikation mit Vermieter hervorragend, zügig und sehr hilfreich in jeder Angelegenheit.

Einige Mängel und Probleme beim Checkin
Der Checkin verlief sehr schlecht. Die Mail mit dem Code für die Schlüsselübergabe erreichte mich nicht, was natürlich mal vorkommen kann. Der Vermieter war jedoch nicht zum Checkinzeitpunkt telefonisch erreichbar, sodass wir eine halbe Stunde vor verschlossenen Türen standen. Anschließend erhielt ich eine Textnachricht, keinen Anruf, mit Anweisungen für den Schlüssel, die einer Schnitzeljagd glichen. Die Wohnung entsprach der Beschreibung und war sauber und ordentlich. Leider war die Kaffeemaschine und das Oberlicht im Schlafzimmer defekt, welches sich nicht mehr schließen ließ! Nach telefonischer Rücksprache mit dem Vermieter erfuhr ich, dass dies bereits bekannt war und sich darum gekümmert werden sollte. Dies passierte bis zum Ende unserer Reise nicht! Zudem handelt es sich hier auf jeden Fall um eine Raucherwohnung, da die Ledercouch, die Kissen usw. deutlich nach Rauch stinken. Vermutlich waren daher auch die Duftstäbchen überall aufgestellt. Für den hohen Preis sind die aufgezählten Mängel auf keinen Fall in Ordnung.

Die Lage war für uns top. Alles auf kurzen Wegen erreichbar. Und wir ( vier Erwachsene) hatten genug Platz.

Das Objekt war insgesamt in Ordnung, jedoch mit Renovierungsstau in Bad und Küche. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur könnte besser sein. Die Lage ist gut, gerade auch wenn man mit Teenagern unterwegs ist. Uns hat der Urlaub insgesamt aber gut gefallen.

Die Unterkunft könnte eine richtige Grundreinigung vertragen. Die Küchenmöbel klebten leicht, an verschiedenen Stellen klebte der Socken beim gehen an den Fliesen im Wohnzimmer, dass war nicht schön.

Die Wohnung liegt direkt im Zentrum. Sie ist sehr groß und bietet dadurch genug Platz für eine Familie. Das nächste Mal sehr gerne wieder.

Zentral gelegene und gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung im Ortsteil Bad
Die Wohnung ist sauber und groß und die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. 2 Balkone (nach hinten und zur Seite) bieten Sonne am Vormittag. Die Schlüsselübergabe und -abgabe ist praktisch, wenn man denn erstmal den Schlüsselsafe gefunden hat (am besten vorher den Platz genau beschreiben lassen!). Sehr zu empfehlen für ein paar erholsame Tage in SPO!
