"Conveniently located and on a quiet little street. Honestly a huge plus in my book was the secure luggage room. It was so nice to have a little room to store my luggage in while waiting for my train and it had a private clean bathroom in it!!! "

"The hotel was in an amazing location just across the river from the Altstadt. The staff were warm and welcoming from the moment we checked in until we checked out. The property is very well maintained and the amenities are great. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel but the lobby bar was great for drinks. We did eat at The Sacher Grill and the food and service were 5*."

"This place is great if you are doing the OG Sound of Music Tour as the meeting point is only a few minutes walk. Staff was wonderful and the breakfast buffet was great. Wonderful stay and we would stay again if back in Salzburg!"

"Hotel has recently rebranded and is undergoing a renovation. Breakfast area is closed but you can eat at their sister facility which is nearby. Beautiful new lobby and very helpful staff. The hotel is located in a great location, directly across from Mirabell Palace with multiple bus stops less than a block away. Also many eating options available within walking distance. Less than a 15 minute walk across the river to other popular tourist areas with a lot of food and shopping options. "

"Fabulous hotel a short 10min walk from the railway station. Spotlessly clean with attentive, helpful, welcoming staff in all areas. Rooms have all the facilities you need - tea/coffee making, iron/ironing board, hairdryer and we’re in an immaculate condition with daily maid service if required. Congratulations to all this was a wonderful hotel to stay at and explore Salzburg."
