Lovely place. Staff are friendly and easy to work with. We had our large dog with us and were able to stay in one of the small cabins with him. Pet fee is very reasonable. We will definitely be returning in the future!

Although the property is showing its age the welcome you get and the location more than makes up for it. The bed is comfy and there is always plenty of towels. Price is excellent and close to restaurant and not far to the beach.

Had a wonderful stay in a 2 bedroom, pet friendly cottage at Joyce's Cottages! Great value for the price, super clean, and a very friendly host. The cottages are classic and cozy, exactly as pictured on their site, and for the affordable price point, you really can't beat it. The pool was great for cooling off, and we loved having the community fire pit in the evening. Plus, it’s only minutes from St. Peter’s for basic amenities and super close to the historic St. Peter’s Canal and Battery Park. Would definitely recommend for a clean, budget friendly stay!

The room wasn’t the cleanest - there was popcorn and cheesies under our bedroom table. The floor throughout was dirty. The staff are amazing and very accommodating. The community has a great selection when it comes to dining out and fast-food places. The lakes and ocean views are breathtaking.

We had a fantastic stay at Joyce's, even though it was just for one night. The lady who checked us in was so welcoming and accommodating. Unfortunately, I forgot to take note of her name, but I really wanted to recognize her for her kindness. We were tired and cold after a long day of travelling and driving, and all we wanted was to get comfortable and have something warm to drink. We requested an electric kettle and an extra bed, as we had an additional person with us. She kindly accommodated our requests and even provided extra cups. We truly appreciated her thoughtfulness and warm hospitality. Another lovely surprise was the lake view in the morning. We hadn't noticed it when we arrived because it was already dark, but waking up to such a beautiful view was a wonderful way to start the day. Thank you for making our short stay so comfortable and enjoyable. We would be happy to stay here again!
