This is a great place. Lots of room for 4 adults and 2 older teens. Biggest perk is probably the 3 full bathrooms!!! Would definitely stay here again, actually already talking about coming back to Clearwater Beach to do just that.

Family Vacation

Loved that every room had its own bathroom. The kitchen was beautiful. Being able to sit out on the balcony and look over the waterway was so relaxing. Close to shops and beach. Perfect week!

Beautiful place and good location

Very clean, nice property. Location is good for walking everywhere. Property had everything you need to walk to beach, wagon, chairs, coolers, toys, many kid items. Had everything except beach towels. Kitchen stocked well. Nice every bedroom has own bath. Saw dolphins daily and fireworks show from patio great! Pool very refreshing after beach. Thank you for a great trip!

Spacious and Clean!

We enjoyed this location, lots of restaurants in walking distance. The property was clean with attention to detail in regards to having the things we needed. Lots of kitchen dishes, towels. Beautiful appliances. We even saw manatee and dolphins from our balcony. Would stay here again.

Great location!!

My husband and I and our two kids(ages 16 and 19) stayed here for a week in March 2022 and we loooved everything about it! The check-in and check-out process was easy. The condo was spacious, beautiful and SO clean. Perhaps the best part was the location! The beach, restaurants and shopping were all within walking distance. We hope we can come back sometime soon. Thank you for a wonderful, relaxing stay!!

Beautiful and spacious

The condo is beautiful and spacious. We loved seeing the dolphins!Every bedroom has its own bathroom and when on vacation, that is ideal!There are great restaurants all around, very short walks. The beach is also close. But, and I should mention, there is no ocean view or any sun. It is north facing. A very small pool that had almost no sun and for those who could snag the spot, it only fit two lounge chairs. Everyone we met (one family was very upset about it) said the same thing - they were not aware it was north facing, so no sun.The condo was beautiful and the beach was close enough that it did not detract from what was a fantastic vacation!

The Perfect Place

This was our second time staying at your complex and once again, it was the best. Close to everything, walk across the street to the beach and many restaurants. Also take the trolley any where through town. Everything is clean and nice. Had a few texts asking if everything was good and if we needed anything, to just calll. 100% would refer this complex. Fantasic Property

We enjoyed our stay as well as our friend that we brought along. The property was like taking your home and relocating it on the bay. You had access to everything you would have at home, we used the main bedroom, which was amazing and had a a bathroom to die for. We also used one of the smaller rooms that our friend stayed in. The property contained everything you needed, washer, dryer, full kitchen that had everything you would want to cook breakfast or dinners. The condo is on the bay and we enjoyed the large balcony, and spent many mornings and nights there - seeing dolphins everyday was also a welcome treat. The condo is located in walking distances of the beach and many good eating places. I would certainly stay here again, as the condo was clean, as described, you should not miss the opportunity to stay in this unit.

Exceptional

The condo was exceptionally beautiful and exceeded our expectations!! It was like new, very spacious, very clean, and furnished with everything you need. The furniture was clean, like new, and the beds were so comfortable with extra pillows and blankets in the closets. The master suite was spacious and luxurious!! The balcony overlooking the bay was awesome to watch birds and dolphins. The pool was nice.!!We are looking forward to renting this property again!!
