Spring training beach stay
We really enjoyed the location - so close to the beach, restaurants and shops. More than enough room for 6 adults and one of the best parts was morning coffee on the dock, watching for dolphins. Communication was stellar and we appreciated all of Kristen's help with check in/check out

Gal pals spring training trip
This was the 2nd year we stayed in the Sea Shanty and our experience with the hosts was even better than last year which was excellent! The condo was immaculate when we arrived.

Girls trip to rejuvenate the soul
We had a wonderful stay. The location is perfect for walking to shops, restaurants and the beach. There are ample supplies available for a day at the beach or a relaxing night around the fire pit. Each balcony has amazing views to watch the sunrise and watch the dolphins play in the bay. The Vrbo listing does list a pool/private pool as an amenity, but there is no pool on site. We would definitely stay here again.

Had a great time and loved the location. Wish the bedrooms had the option of darker blinds and knew it was multiple floors but didn’t realize 4. Would stay again!

Our group had a perfect vacation in Clearwater beach while staying at Kristin & Mike’s beautiful condo. The location of the condo cannot be beat in all of Clearwater beach. If you like to be in walking distance to all of the attractions, restaurants, and the beach, this is the place for you. We had a vehicle but barely used it due the walkability of the area. The beach chairs, towels, and bikes are a great touch. The condo is clean, well stocked, and the hosts were extremely accommodating. Thanks for a great stay, we hope to be back next year.

Great place!
Location was amazing. Short 5 minute walk to beach and 10 minutes to the pier and heart of all the action in Clearwater. Many shops a restaurants in walking distance and you have to get the cinnamon rolls from the cafe ( but get there early because they sell out). Would highly recommend this condo.

Great Location
This house is within walking distance of the beach and local shops and restaurants. They provide beach chairs, towels, and toys, bicycles, and a jogging stroller. The hosts thought of everything to make your beach getaway relaxing. The house was clean and well equipped. Views from each room are amazing. We got to see dolphins playing while on the dock. It was an amazing stay. Looking forward to returning!!

Seriously the best time!
7 family members and our spouses stayed here to celebrate my 40th birthday! Kristin has literally thought of everything you could ever need. Cooler, beach toys, chairs (Tommy Bahamas which are the BEST ones)! They even had a really nice running stroller, which, we did not need but still thought was amazing. The check in was easy and Kristin was on top of communicating and made sure we got in ok. Everyone had their own private spaces and everything was so clean. We had a beautiful time and would absolutely stay there again! Thank you Kristin!

Everything about this house was PERFECT! We had 7 adults and 1 kid and had so much space. Beautiful views from every single room in the house and equipped with anything you could need. Quick walk to the beach, restaurants, bars and stores. Kristin was so helpful and accommodating. We will be back!

Loved the Condo
Very impressed with this condo, themed rooms were well done, updated, and clean. Kids loved the amenities and extras stored in garage. Everything you need for the beach is provided. Hosts were very accommodating and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend this location!

Highly Recommend
This property was perfect for our group of 7 people ages 17+. It was exactly as described: clean, awesome location and had many extras that rentals typically do not have. As a family who flew to Florida it was nice to have extra beach towels, chairs, linens, and bathroom towels provided for use. We loved being on the water and spotting dolphins each day. The walk to the beach was extremely short and it was so close to restaurants and stores. Michael and Kristen were very easy to work with and communicated in a timely manner. I highly recommend staying at this property. It will not disappoint!

Excellent accommodations
Incredibly well equipped kitchen with dishes , pots and pans, utensils and even spices ; and beach supplies including chairs, towels , toys , skim boards . Perfect kitchen/dining/living room area to spend quality family time with our 7 adults and 1 2yr old. East to baby proof . They even had a pack and play which was fantastic because we forgot ours . And everything was within walking distance - beach , restaurants, shopping.

Beach heaven
A comfortable property in a perfect location. Sunrise visible from the windows and shared dock outside. Sunset viewing on the white sandy beach 5 minutes walk away. Easy parking for 2 cars. Lots of equipment to borrow- comfy beach chairs, sun shades, a cooler, fishing rods etc We had a lovely relaxing time

It was just ok.
I would have liked it cleaner and broken items like blinds fixed. Beds were not the best and bedding needs to be replaced as well as area rugs/bat mats. Location was good for restaurants and about a 10 minute walk to the beach. It wasn't awful, but I would not stay here again.

This place was perfect. It was clean, close to everything and had great views of the bay. We had a fantastic time and would 100% stay here again if we come back. Had great communication with the owners as well. We only had a few questions but got immediate responses to all of them. 10/10

Great location
We had a great time in Clearwater and part of that reason was the location of our VRBO. It was right on the harbor so we were able to view water, birds, and even a dolphin and just relax in a peaceful setting. It was two very short blocks from the beach. And it was in walking distance to everything that we needed(Walgreens, restaurants, Pier 60 and shopping). It was great having a bedroom for everyone and enough bathrooms, as well. They even had beach chairs, beach towels, bikes, and a garage that we could park in. We would definitely stay at this location again.

We are six retired guys from Wilmmington, DE who have made the trek to Clearwater Beach for six out of the last seven years for Spring Training Baseball. We have stayed at several very nice locations over the years and this place is tops. Michael and Kristin the owners made us feel very welcome. And I am happy to report that we had no issues while we were there but I am confident that had we any issues, Michael and Kristin would have promptly taken care of us.

Epic cool and cozy!
The house was organized, clean and well kept! The views were phenomenal! You cannot hear any neighbors at all - it feels very private. There is tons of room. We really enjoyed it and we will be back!

30th Birthday Celebration!
This house was perfect for all 8 of us to celebrate my daughters 30th birthday. The property was clean and well stocked with everything we needed (except a vegetable peeler 😊). Close to restaurants, beach and shops. We went fishing one day (cooked what we caught!), did a Segway tour and had perfect beach days with beautiful sunsets! We enjoyed BBQ ‘ing one night and sitting outside. We all agreed it was a great house and loved our stay! Thank you!

Super convenient, very accommodating!
This property is super convenient location to the bars, restaurants and beach, you can walk everywhere within 10 min. The house is huge, plenty of space for big groups and Kristin and Michael were always available to answer questions for us and help us with check in and check out!

There were 8 of us, my husband and I, our three adult children, and their friends. We spent lots of time on the dock fishing, Dolphin watching, drinking, laughing and relaxing. The place and location was perfect. Walk to the beach and restaurants was short. We had a blast! Definitely a trip to remember! Kristin was so kind to buy us fishing rods. Thank you so much!

Fantastic family home
Lovely beach home, 5min walk from the beach. Saw dolphins a few times from the home! Everything was clean and well set up for a large family gathering. It is 4 floors, which was no issue at all for my group, but could be if you have someone who struggles with stairs. A few small issues (some outlets didn't work, a few lightbulbs out, and only 1 towel per guest/1 handtowel per bathroom), but these were small issues and the clean, bright, beautiful home with a perfect location easily made up for that! Hoping to be back soon!

Very good condo would recommend it to anyone. Very clean, and ready too have a fun for are short stay. Communication with owners were outstanding from beginning to the end. We were a younger group only thing I would say is it does have a few steps to get to each floor,that I didn't see on site. But we handled steps just fine. We will be back sometime.

Everything worked like it should. Overall a very quiet place to stay. Some creakiness in a bed frame or two, could use larger cooking pots/pans. Extra kudos to the cleaners - they did a great job even though group before us left a lot of garbage behind and we still got in almost on time.

Great Girls Trip
I went down to Clearwater Beach with a group of girlfriends in early March. The property was just as described and plenty of room for 7. It was really close to a bunch of bars and restaurants and a block to the beach. There are several beach chairs, an umbrella, beach towels and toys which is great when you are flying to not have to worry about. Walgreens is also a 5 minute walk if you need anything at all. The property manager was also quick to respond to a few minor issues we encountered. The place was very clean and also had great views!

We had a great week at the Sea Shanty!!!
We loved our week in Clearwater Beach! The Sea Shanty is the perfect location, with everything walkable including the beach, shopping and tons of great restaurants. The set up was great for 2 families with each family having their own level. One of the best things about the Sea Shanty is the garage full of everything you need for your day at the beach: chairs, umbrellas, bikes, and coolers.

Very nice property.Very clean, well-stocked and a great location. 3rd floor bedroom deck is very nice! It’s nice the owners keep bikes (in good shape) and beach stuff like beach chairs and other stuff that you can use since we flew in and couldn’t bring that stuff. Awesome you can park 2 cars including one in a garage. Restaurants are very close. It says beach is 2 blocks away while it is not very far it appears a bit longer especially since once on beach it is a long walk thru sand to water. Also 2 bedrooms are on a 3rd floor so if you don’t do steps well then avoid the third floor. I would not hesitate to stay here again if in the area. I definitely recommend it.

Great location and view
This is a wonderful property. There are 4 bedrooms which fit our family perfectly, including one with doubles for the kids. The view was gorgeous and the balconies were great to enjoy it. We cooked in the kitchen and used the properties bbq grill. The proximity to the shops, beach, and restaurant was perfect walking distance. Our hosts were prompt when we had questions about parking and the bbq. As can be typical of rental properties some of the lights switches are backwards and a few outlets didn’t work. There are even beach chairs and bikes. We would rent again.

Great weekend trip!
We stayed over the weekend and had a wonderful time. The check in process was seamless and the unit was very clean. We had everything we needed. The walk to the beach was short and anything else we could possibly want was within walking distance. The area has great food and shops. We didn’t even rent a car because of that. But if we had, there was a garage with the unit and would have been a major bonus. We would have no concerns with staying here again if we find ourselves headed for Clearwater.

Perfect Location! Park & Walk to Everything!
We definitely enjoyed our stay! The home was perfect! We had so much fun and being able to walk to everything was awesome! We didn’t need to use parking passes that were provided but it was nice to know that they were available. We loved your suggested Frenchys and Clear Sky restaurants! The breakfast at Another Broken Egg Cafe was amazing! We did use the bicycles-Great addition for those that like to get out and ride. My husband decided to try fishing off the dock and caught a catfish. Lol...All in all our stay was absolutely wonderful and we would love to come back because our stay was too short. Thank you for accommodating us and thank you for the wine. Loved it!
