The spacious Game Room offers lots of fun for every family member plus a picturesque view of the backyard. This room opens up to the private, in-ground pool, making it an ideal spot for unwinding after a long day. The exterior is equally impressive, featuring a large space and various outdoor amenities, such as playing with the family or simply basking in the Florida sunshine.

The Neighborhood:
It boasts a prime location near Largo, Eagle Lake Park, Highland Recreation Complex, St. Petersburg, Clearwater Beach, and Downtown Clearwater, offering easy access to a variety of attractions and amenities. Upon entering, you'll immediately notice the small touches that enhance the home’s warm and inviting atmosphere.
Getting Around:
Parking can accommodate up to (3) vehicles in the driveway parked side to side.
Other Things to Note:
The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.
During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that washes into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.
Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.
It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
We value safety and privacy and that's why we would like to mention we have cameras outside for security purposes, none of them pointing to the pool area.

We conveniently offer self check-in and check-out. Though we are not available in person, we are happy to answer any questions and help accommodate to the best of our ability!
