Sandy Shores #501 - This one bedroom condo is a Top Floor unit with one bath and an extra large open floor plan. Accommodates up to 4 persons. This great Sandy Shores unit offers updated kitchen with breakfast bar seating, and an updated bath. Sleeping included two queen beds in the bedroom and sleeper sofa in living area. Large flat screen in living area with ample seating. Bedroom also has a television. Linens, extra towels and pillows are provided for the comfort of our guests.

Enjoy free WiFi. TPlease note this condo doesn't have a phone. Sorry NO PETS. Sandy Shores is a Smoke Free property including all private balconies and common areas.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.

As a SunHost guest at Sandy Shores, you will have access to office services, including copying and printing boarding passes. Seven day a week maintenance service is available as well as a 24 hour emergency on call person. This is a non smoking home.

The location of this vacation property is unsurpassed and especially popular for families. Steps away from the beaches, guests can also enjoy the heated swimming pool and BBQ facilities. John's Pass Village, a popular destination for year round residents and tourists alike, is just across the street. The Pass is a quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and Pinellas County's number 1 tourist attraction. The Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. Best of all as a SunHost customer you can walk to this great entertainment destination. Anchor tenants include Bubba Gumps, Hooters and Hubbards Marina and also world famous Bamboo Beer Garden.

Madeira Beach is a sought after community, just west of St. Petersburg. Its 2.5 mile beach is popular with sun lovers and offers some of the best fishing in the area. This Gulf getaway has something for everyone, including dolphin watching, water sports along some of the most beautiful crystal clear waters in the world.

Nearest airports are Tampa International Airport at just over 20 miles and St. Petersburg Clearwater International at 10 miles away.

Nice play to stay. Our only complaint was that we were not able to checkin at 4:00 on the day of our reservation. We were told it was taking longer than expected to clean it. It was ready around 4:30.

Condo was great. Very roomy with a nice balcony that provided a great view of the pool and beach. Close quick access to the beach was great and they had cabanas to rent if you wanted. Full kitchen was nice and the fact they provided dishes. Only issues were moldy shower curtain. They only provided a few towels, and non of them beach towels ,We flew so we didn't have room to pack a ton of beach stuff. They have a washer and dryer for guests outside on our floor which was nice but it was EXTREMELY loud when someone decided to use it at 6am. Also construction was going on during our stay painting ect. which did make it kind of loud and not as relaxing.

The entire complex was a massive construction zone.

Worst experience we have ever endured in the (20) years we have been vacationing in this area. Shame on Sun Host Resorts & John Pass Condo's for not warning anyone of the nightmare that they were going to encounter. I having a hearing problem & my wife has a sleeping problem. From 8 am to 4 pm (5) days a week horrible noise that I could not stand listening too and kept my wife from sleeping. We were actually lucky compared to other people who couldn't use their balcony's, due to construction, or had their windows being cut out. I understand from other renters that this went on last year too. This has been a long time major construction project. They did give me a 10% refund after I complained, but this couldn't make up for a ruined (2) week vacation that we looked so forward to. They also told us that there would be no construction on the weekends. There was construction on both of our Saturdays. Not only were they deceitful but they also lied to us. We will never rent from either one of them again. This is nothing against Home Away. My brother in law & I use your search web site all the time. I also recommend it to other people.
