Toes in the sand and steps to the Gulf waters from this beachfront charmer. Experience gorgeous sunsets and all the comforts of home while enjoying the beachfront lifestyle. Well equipped kitchen, flat panel Televisions, digital cable and included wi-fi keep you well connected. Private fenced sand backyard leads directly to the water through your own private gated pathway.

An easy walk to local restaurants and shopping for staple items adds to the easy lifestyle you will enjoy during your stay on beautiful Treasure Island.

You can either rent this unit (North side) by itself or rent the entire property by adding VRBO 1141275 (South side) to your rental.

Both sides share a common covered patio with plenty of tables and chairs for each side either independently or jointly. There is also a shared outdoor shower area for a quick and easy rinse when returning from your time on the beach.

Each side has it's own premium charcoal grill for added enjoyment of the unique and inviting beachfront space.

The stylish fenced backyard makes this small dog friendly property a true hidden treasure.

  • Oh Nom! for whatever reason the dining room was empty when we walked in. The ambiance & service was charming enough (I particularly enjoyed them showing "Teen Wolf") & the sushi rolls were a great value--the veggie rolls are to be missed but hey we are in the south-->it's always a gamble when your vegetarian appetizer isn't fried :)

It's a charming duplex right on the beach. The kitchen was very well appointed which made cooking Thanksgiving dinner easy. It's not big, but the layout with a bedroom and bathroom upstairs was great with my daughters and grandson. They're a little messy, so they were regulated to their own area.

This is our 2nd time staying here and the access to the beach is unbeatable. Two bathrooms is perfect for us and our two daughters. Close to shopping and eating options, but far enough away from the beach crowds. Perfect.

Everything you need and more!

Clean, well appointed ON the beach! We loved our time here. The mattresses are AMAZING, with high quality bedding and towels. Awesome to have a really nice washer and dryer in the unit. We really enjoyed morning coffee on the patio, and the outdoor shower was fab. We could walk to KaTiki and several restaurants so close by! We will be back!

Terrific beach house

The price was fair, duplex had a great neighbor and the beach was perfect. The unit was clean and had absolutely everything we needed. They even stocked it with garbage bags, paper towel, laundry detergent, and tp. I won’t hesitate to book this place again.

Great place to stay with my furbaby!

It was so nice being able to step out of the sliding glass door and have a fenced lot for Chloe’s needs. The rental was almost entirely on one floor so very little luggage had to be carried upstairs. You can park right outside the front door making access easy. The kitchen was well stocked. The only suggestion I would make to future travelers is bring a noise maker like a fan or sound machine for sleeping. Both bedrooms have windows facing the road and white noise would be helpful for better sleep. I would definitely stay again with a furbaby!

Fun at the beach

Enjoyable stay on the beach. Well equipped kitchen, easy access to the beach, beautiful sunsets, and great shelling. Publix grocery store just down the street. Good restaurant choices nearby. Sandy yard enclosure with convenient outside rinse station. We enjoyed our stay.
