Spring training was main interest, as well as biking Pinellas Trail

Getting in and out of property a little bit of a pain. Would stay again. Everything was available in the room that you needed. Pool was nice and warm, saw dolphins fairly regularly.

It was as Bright and breezy, right on the water. Pool and hot tub were nice, relax with a cocktail on the deck. Plenty of ice, kitchen, washer & dryer.

Perfect area if you want to explore St Pete and surrounding

The condo was so clean. The bed was very comfy. Easy check in. We didn't try them, but the heated pool and hot tub seemed to be a big hit.

A getaway

Great location

Everything was great. Nice location. Beautiful view comfy condo. The pool area and hot tub were awesome! Outside traffic noise while on balcony was a little loud but with doors closed didn’t hear a thing. Enjoyed are stay!!

Condo was very nice plenty of room for 2 of us, great views of bay and doc fords restaurant right next door , only draw back was the causeway bridge was quite noisy when sitting out but condo was quiet when inside !!

Dolphin view

We stayed at this lovely condo for 9 nights in March. It is a compact 1 bedroom unit that was very clean and tastefully decorated. Lots of towels and bedding . Included soaps, toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning supplies. The balcony was large and we saw dolphins almost every day in the bay. Also enjoyed beautiful sunsets from the balcony. The only negative was it’s close proximity to a busy road, which was quite loud when on the balcony. The building had a lovely warm pool - you could not hear the road noise when at the pool. It was close to grocery stores, restaurants , a large mall and the beach was a short 10 minute drive . All in all it was a great place to enjoy a vacation!

Too much traffic

Had some problems at the beginning of our stay that were resolved by owner which we appreciated. The furniture had some large stains on it and we notified the owner about them. He said he planned to take care of that in the summer when it’s slower. We thought that was odd because it seems that you’d want your renters to have a good impression of where they stayed for 3 weeks. It’s an end unit next to a busy highway and bridge so the noise was terrible , too noisy to use the deck. Nice pool area and could see some dolphins. There happened to be red tide during our stay so lots of dead fish in the water in front of the condos, got quite smelly if the wind blew the air in our direction. One of the guests asked the maintenance man if anyone cleaned them up and he said it wasn’t his job and he didn’t know if anyone else would. We had our small dog along so we explored many beautiful parks in the area.

Nice place if you vacation quietly

We spent a month. The property itself is pleasant. But it's next to a highway with a constant stream of fast-moving traffic that only lets up between midnight and 5 am. It's nearly impossible to make a left turn from the driveway to go to the beaches or reach the Pinellas Trail. If you prefer quiet vacations limited to your balcony and the pool, it's fine. If you like to bike, hike or just take quiet walks away from noisy traffic without making mad dashes across 5-6 lanes, keep looking.

Cozy Christmas Getaway

Cozy place with a water view from the balcony. A lot of traffic on the bridge near by. But we could not hear it inside with the sliders closed. Loved that it has a stacked washer and dryer. Great getaway for couples.

Our stay was fantastic!

We enjoy our 10 day stay. We hated to go home. We had coffee on the balcony and watched the boats and Dolphin’s in morning. The pool is amazing and hot tub. We definitely will be back.😄

Nice place to stay

This property was in a great location. As for the condo itself, it could use a few upgrades, like getting rid of the carpet in the bedroom. If you looked closely you could see the dog hair inbedded in it, Also a a little more detail to the Cleaning. Fans had a lot of dust on them. Overall this would not deter me from staying there again, I also would have preferred a small table to sit at to eat, but I knew ahead of time that the only table was outside on deck. The pool was great, people very friendly. We definitely enjoyed ourselves there.

Great Place to Stay!

What a great stay! The condo was great and the view was wonderful. We sat on the balcony and watched the boats and dolphins. Great location. Close to everything we wanted. We will be going back for another month next spring!

Fantastic

We loved this spot and will be back! Loved that we could bring our dog. The only bummer was the pool was closing part of the week for maintenance. That would have been nice to know before, but it all worked out.

NEVER AGAIN,,,

The absolute worst place I have ever checked into! Filthy from the front door, throughout! Dirty bed linens left on beds, damp towels mildewy in dryer,,,, I did 5 loads of laundry on check in day which was Saturday, owner came Tuesday with some new towels, sheets, ect. Top of stove burnt to a crisp! PICTURES, I got 'em! I scrubbed it clean! Would have been less work for me to stay home! I paid as much here as what I normally pay @ beachfront locations, so am not real happy about that. This is the first time my family was glad to get home! It is not a really friendly place either! No one speaks to you,,, Horrible!

Cute and cozy

We had an amazing time here. It was close to everything we wanted to do. Very quiet and cozy. My only complaint is that there weren’t extra blankets. We flew so skipped packing them so we all went and bought a new one. No big deal for us. Would definitely stay again!

Great location and people

The unit supplied everything that was needed. The location is great a close to everything. The pull out mattress is a terrible excuse for a mattress. My 7 year old could sleep in it because of the poor quality of mattress and the springs. I can imagine an adult being comfortable on it. The carpet in the bedroom is disgusting. You can see the black areas and siled markes all over it. That was gross. The balcony seemed like no one has swept or cleaned the edges or corners as there was a bunch of crud there. Plus there was a nasty piece of carpet that must have been a left over that was cut and place on the balcony. It was gross. The rest of the tiles floors were clean and nice.
