Experience St. Petersburg in this lovely 700 sq ft completely redone 1-bedroom apartment. This modern space features 1 br w/queen bed and an additional murphy bed in the living room. Guests can enjoy amenities like a firepit on our dock, patio, balcony, 1 car garage, new appliances including washer/dryer, dishwasher, 2 tv's, etc. A beautiful and serene retreat, this apartment is a great place to call homebase while you're away. Location is prime. We have 90 ft on the water, a brand new dock w/firepit and chairs, we are 2 miles from downtown St. Pete and University of S. Florida, tons of restaurants, music, culture and beaches all minutes away!
10 min drive to the Gulf and St. Pete Beach! We know you'll enjoy your stay!
