This charming old Florida beach town offers a peaceful escape with a refreshing natural breeze and plenty of natural light. This cozy condo features 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, including a spacious renovated kitchen with a breakfast bar and dining area. The family room opens up to a balcony, perfect for enjoying the views. The primary suite includes a King bed, TV, walk-in closet, dual vanity, and tiled shower. The secondary bedroom has 2 twin beds and TV. The hallway bathroom has a tub/shower. Additional features include a stackable washer/dryer and an undercover assigned parking space. This first-floor end unit is part of a 5-story, 30-unit building overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and Intracoastal Waterway, with private beach access. Enjoy the lush greenery surrounding the heated pool with a spa, grilling area, and a walkway to a private fishing dock/pier. Watch seabirds, dolphins, manatees, and boats from this prime location. I recently stayed at this condo for a week and absolutely loved it. The unit is very updated, bright, and spacious, with plenty of natural light. It has two comfortable bedrooms and all the modern touches you’d want in a vacation spot.The location is fantastic—right on the canal, with a private dock that’s perfect for relaxing and watching the boats go by. The pool is a great bonus, well kept and a nice spot to unwind. On top of that, the condo is directly across from a beach access, just a short and easy walk away, so you get the best of both the beach and the waterway.Overall, this condo has everything you could want: great views, excellent amenities, and a prime location. I would definitely stay here again!
