Surveillance or recording devices on property - We use a noise monitoring device; It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels). Video recording devices only monitor the exterior of the home and not any of the interior or swimming/hot tub areas. We have a security authorization in our guest portal that does not charge unless there are damages or violations. We are a team who manages our listings with API-connected software, and therefore can set this authorization in compliance with the rules. Optional amenities and add-on are charged at additional fee in our API-connected software.
There is a noise monitoring system on this property to ensure that no parties or large events disturb the neighbors. Guests will be expected to uphold quiet hours and will be notified up to 3 warnings if there are issues. If issues persist, guest is subject to removal from the property and termination of reservation without refund.
