Recently renovated with brand-new furnishings and fully updated bathrooms, this Mandalay Beach Club condo offers the perfect blend of seaside serenity and resort-style luxury.

A lease application is required by the HOA, with a $145 application fee.

This exclusive three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath residence, built in 2002, captures the essence of coastal living at its finest.

The open living area extends to a spacious beach-view terrace, while the breakfast nook overlooks the Intracoastal Waterway.

Floor-to-ceiling sliders fill the home with natural light, complemented by designer lighting, custom draperies, and rich dark hardwood floors.

The master suite features a spa-like bathroom, dressing area, and a custom walk-in closet, creating a relaxing retreat.

Sleeping accommodations include a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the second bedroom, and a full-size bed in the study, with an inflatable bed available for additional guests.

The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped for a chef, complete with crystal wine glasses, elegant dishware, silverware for twelve, and entertaining platters.

Designer-quality beach towels are also provided, ready for your day in the sun. Distressed wide-plank hardwood flooring enhances the family room and master suite, while tile accents the kitchen and bathrooms.



Community features include garage parking, a beachfront pool and spa, a fitness center, clubhouse, and 24-hour security.

Wireless internet and cable are provided.

Great location and beautiful property
