Antilles

Loved the open concept of the house. TVs everywhere were fun for the kids. Kids loved the pool and foosball table. Great location as it’s a short drive to beach, restaurants and grocery stores.

Spring training

This stay was great. It was our first long distance trip with our infant and everything worked very smoothly. The house was exactly as described. They even had a pack-and-play and high chair for my son. It was about 5 min from Indian Rocks and 20 min from Clearwater beach. It was also about 20 min to the Phillies games (all super easy). There are parks and grocery stores near by that also made it super convenient. We hope to stay here again.

Wonderful home

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. We had a 6 month old with us, and the house is very family friendly - Graco pack and play, high chair, baby hangars, dinnerware. The pool was a little chilly, but we enjoyed it and loved being able to just sit by the pool - very relaxing. Beds are comfortable, everything was very clean.

Great place to stay

We stayed at this house 4 adults and 3 kids. The house is very family friendly, the pool is heated, and very entertaining for the kids. Centrally located between clearwater and St pete.

Very Nice Stay

The property was clean, spacious and well kept. Very easy to communicate with property manager about concerns and they were addressed and taken care of quickly. Highly recommend this property.

Family Haven

This house had everything a family could need. Space was very clean and tidy, bedrooms had plenty of wardrobe space and the beds were all very comfortable. The pool area was great too, we actually found there were a couple of pool noodles and floats, as well as some standard sand toys.

Enjoyed our stay!

We enjoyed our family vacation to Tampa. We are a very active family and the location of this property was close to the beaches and other activities we had planned. The house was spacious and we loved having access to the chairs, wagon, and cooler. Our children also enjoyed having the pool and used it almost every night of our stay. We would stay there again!

Very clean, beautiful property.

Loved staying here and would definitely recommend this home. Our third VRBO stay in the last six months and it was the most comfortable. This property was excellently cleaned. Kids loved the foosball table and the pool. Beds were very comfy. My only request would be hooks or bars in the bathrooms for towels, clothes, etc.

Great Place

Enjoying place for a few Days

This place was nice and comfortable to stay for our family vacation. The host was helpful with any of our needs. The only downside was the solar heated pool was not very warm as expected. Otherwise, we would recommend this to anyone wanting a nice place to get away. It is not too far from things to do and to enjoy a trip to Florida.

Great stay

The house was clean and spacious, located so close to the beaches! We loved having access to chairs, wagon, cooler and beach toys. The pool was cold, obviously not a fault of the owner, they can’t control the weather. My kids didn’t care, they still swam several times in the pool! Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Excellent stay in Largo

When we arrived, this house was very clean and well kept. The pool was a good place to cool off especially after a day at the beach. Indian Rocks beach was just minutes away. Large living room with plenty of room for the family. The beds were comfortable with nice sheets. There was everything we needed for the little ones, from a highchair to a pack and play. We enjoyed our stay.

18 years old get together

Wonderful house to stay with people all ages from months to more 😊. We celebrate my daughter 18 birthday the way she always wished. With her family and close to the beach. With her grandma, auntie, little cousins, siblings and parents. House was very nice and perfectly arranged. Planning more stays there. Very close to all beaches. Loved every second spent at this beautiful property.

Perfect In Town/Beach Getaway

The home was EXACTLY as listed. The rooms were all clean and bright. Everything is clearly marked in the home. The Sun porch was a lovely spot to begin the day. Communications from the owner/mgr were clear and very detailed. The neighborhood is very peaceful, and the location is ideal for quick access to shops and the beach. We would definitely book this location again.

Great Family Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was clean, large and in a great area. Indian Rocks Beach is very close (about 3 miles) and Clearwater is about 10-15 minutes drive away. There are plenty of restaurants near within short driving distance and some within walking distance. The kitchen was nice and well-stocked and the bathrooms were nice. I believe the master bath was just remodeled so it was great. There was plenty of room to spread out (especially with our 20-month-old) and we enjoyed the pool most days. The pool was enclosed so no worries about mosquitoes (or gators!). We enjoyed walking around the property every day looking for lizards. The wagon and beach chairs were very handy as well.

Good location

The house is in a great location with close access to the beach and other local attractions. The check in process was seamless. The gentleman that was there during check-in was attentive and had made arrangements to address the issues with the pool. The amenities were similar to what was pictured on the website. However, the shower in the master bath appears to have had the tile painted which is now peeling away and needs to be addressed. During our stay, the grille and subsequently the propane tank (that the property manager stated was only a month old) caught fire and we had to call 911 and temporarily evacuate the house. Overall we were able to enjoy ourselves and were grateful no one was seriously injured.

Florida vacation

We enjoyed our stay overall. There were quite a few amenities, such as, pots/pans, plates/cups, beach towels, beach chairs/umbrellas… The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of seating. There we are few issues with the property. There was no fan in the guest bathroom. The fan in one of the guests rooms didn’t work at all. There was mold on the shower curtain in the master bathroom. The refrigerator leaked water and didn’t produce ice. The dishwasher also leaked water.

Place really ok, can find better maintained.

I'll start by saying had a wonderful time. The pros of the location are very good. Internet was very good, TVs in all rooms, many viewing options. Indoor living space clean, very nice, location provides beach chairs, umbrella, and a cart to pull items (we had our own but still nice to have). Price pretty decent. The cons however made this place just ok. Bed sizes are NOT what is listed-king, queen, 2 double beds. Actual bed sizes are queen, double, 2 double beds. The pool area was NOT cleaned before arrival, as the spiders and size of webs indicated undisturbed for some time. Large collection of leaves on top of screen shielding pool. The pool itself was not the cleanest, hazy, collection of leaves at bottom. Overall, the cons didn't ruin the vacation, the cons just made the final result of place itself ok. Management needs to have the services it hires do a better job of maintaining the place. Just a bit more effort (and being honest on beds) would make this place earn far more stars.

2 week stay

The property itself is pretty good in terms of location and layout. We had 4 adults and a few kids and had enough space to spread out. The location is very close to grocery stores and takeout fast food spots. Also big box target and Walmart are not too far. Beaches are about 8-15 minutes away depending on which one you go to. The property manager is very communicative and nice. Some of the areas that could use improvement is to have a few more conveniences for longer stays. They are very precise about toilet paper rolls and tide pods so you have to buy your own which ends up being a surplus for you to have to thro away or take home with you. There is pretty much no spices or condiments either which is unlike any other stay we have had. There are also requirements to report damage within a short time frame after checking in. Not an easy task after long travel and little ones. But with the property being clean and a communicative property manager this can be managed. Just a heads up.
