Beautiful view!!

This condo was beautiful, easy to find, and right on the beach with many restaurants nearby. We loved watching the dolphins, sunrises, and sunsets from the balcony!! My daughter and I enjoyed our stay very much. The only thing she noticed was that the beds in the back bedroom were really short!! She is 5'5" and her feet were nearly hanging off. The king-sized bed in the other room was super comfortable :) All in all, we would definitely stay again. Thank you to the hosts of this beautiful property!!

Beach House Bliss

From the time I booked the unit until I checked out, I couldn't have been happier. The property managers made themselves readily available and were very accommodating. The unit itself was beautiful, clean and couldn't have been in a more ideal location. Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent Location!

My family enjoyed our week in this condo. Its a great location and only a few quick steps from the beach which is great for older family members. The condo also has beach chairs on the balcony for use! Which was an added plus. We had no issues with the room. It is located on the 4th floor which you can access from either elevator or stairs. It had a wonderful view of the beach from the balcony and bedrooms as well. Right across the street is the Salt Rock Grill. Me and my husband walked to the indian shores nature preserve from the condo as well which was very easy to do and not even half a mile away. They also have everything you need for cooking in the condo (pizza pans and so on). The beds were extremely conformtable and so was the living room pull out sofa. We didnt have any issues with neighbors. Everyone was nice a friendly. I highly recommend renting this condo for your family! We will definitely be back in the future.

AWESOME PLACE

It was everything the posting said it would be. Absolutely loved it. Walking distance to coffee shop and restaurant open for lunch & dinner. Parking was easy, condo was clean. Neighbors were kind and quiet. We would stay here again!

The layout/accommodations were great for the size of our family. Beds were very comfortable and access to the beach was perfect. Even though we had to park across the street because of pre-warned construction, the crosswalk was right in front of the property which made that inconvenience much easier than we anticipated.

Girls trip to Florid

We loved the location in Indian Shores. It was a bit of a pain to have to stop at a different location to pick up keys at check in. The view is amazing and apartment had everything we needed! Perfect weather and used the beach chairs every day. One drawback was the guy in lower balcony smoked all day and night so we smelled that on your balcony- gross! Would expect a VRBO to provide enough toilet paper for the amount of time we were staying, but we had to run oit and get our own on day 3. Loved the view of sunset every night! Very clean and safe area. Would come back again! Thanks for a fun week!

Everything as advertised. Exceeded Expectations

We have been renting beachside condos every March for 15 years and this unit was the first to have everything you could possibly need, especially beach chairs/umbrellas. Most condos do not offer this. Everything from the beds, kitchen pans and coffee maker, towels and starter soaps/cleaners were perfect. Again, it is rare that every condo rental gets all of this 100% right, but this place did!

Perfection

We have rented many apartments on VBRO, Airbnb etc but none have come close to the excellence of this property which was ideal for the two of us. The best of all was the excellent communication with the owners who responded rapidly, were accessible by phone and when a minor problem developed they sent a handyman around within a few hours. I wish all our experiences were this good.

Stay away from this unit and the people who manage it. There is not enough space on this review to adequately describe our experience. We rented the unit in September for the week of January 13, 2024, based on the description on the VRBO web page. What the listing failed to disclose was that there was a beach erosion project going on and that it would be in the area of the rental at the time we were renting. This work had started well before September and the contractor was working on beaches in the entire county including many areas where Premier Sotheby's had rentals and where their employees lived. None of this information was transmitted to us at the time of agreeing to the rental. We made the first payment, and then the second in early December. Finally, on December 13, after the deadline for any refund on cancellation. Premier informed us that this construction project may be going on. We called to express our concern and were told that it would not be a problem. We were told that construction would probably be complete when we were there, and if not, it probably only impact us for a day. We were assured that if our beach access was limited, there would be beach access a short way away during this time. None of this was remotely true. Our closest beach access was over a mile away. Construction went on the entire time we were there and our beach view was always obstructed by construction equipment. Beach access was restricted the entire time and it was always noisy.

We love our annual trip!

We always enjoy our stay in Indian Shores. This condo was lovely. The beds were comfortable. The view was perfect. Parking spot was the best. The only problem was the beach chairs. The ones on the balcony were rusted and broken. If the rentor wants to reimburse the $65 we spent on new chairs( and left behind) we sure would appreciate it! Lol. We would stay here again, most definitely.

Very nice property. The building was remarkably tidy and condo had everything you could ask for. Had a tiny problem and the property managers were there in five minutes. View was outstanding. Well stocked in kitchen . Plenty of towels and nice washer and dryer. Would stay again.

Short walk to the beach

Condo was right on the beach with direct beach access. Short walk to get stuff set up on the beach. This was a plus due to my husband's back issues and my mother being in her 80's. Several restaurants and shops within a 5-10 mile radius. Condo was clean and well stocked with kitchen necessities. We have vacationed in the Indian Shores, treasure island area for several years now and would return to this complex again if its available.

The best beach access!!

The condo was great for our annual ladies trip!! Great view and super easy access to the beach! You are as close as you can get to the water!! We had everything we needed to cook. The washer/dryer are super small and took forever but worked. Condo was clean. It's a bummer that it doesnt have a pool or we would definitely be back!!

It was just perfect!

We loved this place! Loved the location; we brought our dog and felt completely safe walking her at 5:00 in the morning. The condo was perfect for us and my niece and her family. They were so excited about it, as they were visiting from France. They loved the beach! We have told others about it. We would stay again.

Great time on the beach!!

We had a fantastic time on the beach! Literally steps from the gorgeous and clean beach. The property was lovely and had everything we needed. It was clean and the beds were all very comfy! I might recommend a good wipe down of the baseboards and doors, but that’s just me being ocd and picky lol! The views were amazing and even better than the photos show. Our favorite thing to do was to sit on the fully furnished patio and listen to the waves crash (after the kids went to bed)! I would also love to see some beach towels at the property. We didn’t want to use the bath towels provided so we went and bought beach towels to use (we took them home with us). We did buy some kids sand toys and some great beach chairs and left at the property. The neighbors were nice and the building was perfectly located! We would def stay at this property again!! Thank you for a perfect family spring break!!

Well equipped condo, good for families in excellent location

Will definitely stay again! The condo was well stocked in the kitchen with lots of silverware and plates, the beds and couches were comfortable. The elevator made it easy with two young children and carrying of their beach stuff up and down. The oven views were spectacular. The patio chairs were perfect for watching sunset or the many beach walkers. Great location on the beach- near a coffee shop and bar! Plan to return!

Great place if it wasn't for another condo!

Great view and location. We enjoyed ourselves. The major negative was apt 402 has some sort of issue that the Hoa should look into. Each day the individual living there opens the door to air it out. Got to be a major problem. Other than that which is an issue not easy to over look was exactly what I wanted.
