Lovely condo steps to beach…wow sunsets..

  • Gulf Views! Remodeled 2 bedroom, 2 bath. VERY PRIVATE WITH AN IDEAL LOCATION ON THE GULF SIDE OF GULF BOULEVARD WITH BEAUTIFUL SUNSET VIEWS. Updated kitchen & baths. stainless steel appliances, & granite counter tops. Updated primary bath and guest bath, new floors, windows and sliders. Enjoy entertaining and relaxing on large wrap around deck. Listen to the Gulf waves as you sleep. Sleeps 4. Primary bedroom has a king bed and the 2nd bedroom has two twin beds. Minimum stay: 5 Days within Saturday-to-Saturday. Monthly rentals in January, February, March and April preferred...checking in on the closest Saturday. Great location with direct flights to Tampa from major US cities & Europe. Free Wifi. Beach towels, chairs and umbrellas are provided. I prefer to talk to all my guests prior to confirming. Amazing! The condo was exactly as described. Nice views of the ocean. We loved the direct access to the beach. The host provided everything you could need…beach towels, umbrellas, beach chairs, even aloe vera gel for sunburn!

The place is right on the beach. It was perfect for our family with a small toddler:) There was everything we needed plus more! It is a very quiet neighborhood, exactly what we were looking for. Plenty of restaurants and things to do within a very short drive!

Great experience

We stayed for a week in early April. The experience was awesome. Great place and location. Everything you need for a week on the beach is provided. Beach is clean and not crowded. Close to stores, restaurants etc. We would definitely come back.

This is a beautiful property and exactly as promised. The beach is right outside your door and you can walk for miles on the soft sand, looking for shells and enjoying the ocean. We absolutely love Pelican Place and Gert is the ultimate host! We will definitely be back, thanks!

So close to the beach

Condo was roomy, clean and beautiful. The porch was so nice and only a few steps to the beach. The condo had everything we needed. Would highly recommend if you don’t like the crowds, but love the beach!

Great relaxing beach vacation!

We had a fabulous getaway at this lovely beach condo. The condo was well-equipped, clean and comfortable. We walked along the beach to the Bird Sanctuary and to dinner at Salt Rock. Loved hanging out on the deck and listening to the waves. We will definitely book again on our next trip to Indian Shores! The sunset are beautiful!

This worked very well for two mature couples. Plenty of room, Quiet. Walk to the beach. Friendly manager worked with us to get in early. This is our second time staying at the complex. Will stay again.

A hidden gem!

Everything about this property is amazing- the location, the view, the furnishings. It's simply beautiful. The condo is well stocked with everything you'll need and then some. Gert is the best VRBO host I have ever worked with. The only problem is that we can't get back soon enough.

Perfect beach rental

We have stayed in many places in Indian Rocks Beach and this was our favorite. Easy and private walk to the beach, quiet complex, and the condo had everything we needed including plenty of beach chairs and beach toys. Condo was clean and had plenty of space for our family of 3 (including our very busy 2 year old son). Location was perfect with many restaurants, parks, and grocery stores nearby. Gert was a great host and easy to contact. We are already planning our next trip!

Great ocean view!

My husband, my 11 year old son, and I stayed here and it was fantastic! The condo was clean and stocked with all the beach supplies we needed to have a fun day at the beach! The beach was steps away so perfect if you have kids. It was quiet and it felt very private on the beach even though there were others around. We had our own private deck that had seating so we could sit on either side and peak at the ocean. This was hands down one of the best places we stayed off the gulf coast! We will definitely be back!

Perfect for our family of 3

This place made for the perfect beach getaway. Our favorite part was the very large outdoor area that could easily be locked and secured for our toddler to live his best life outside. We rarely spent time in the condo other than to sleep, but it was so clean and had all the amenities. Gert was so easy to contact and made it easy to check in and out. Chairs, towels, and everything you need for the beach. The area was equally as nice. So much within walking distance. Salt Rock Grill was AMAZING. Hoping to book again next year!
