Awesome location to Johns Pass

We loved the fact that we could walk across the street to Johns Pass and marina. Loved the food and entertainment. The facility was nice. Definitely secure as you need the key to use the pool, beach access, stairs or elevator. You need to bring your own extra sheets for the pull out mattress as there weren't any. Plenty of blankets toilet paper and bath towels. No Keurig so bring ground coffee and filters. Overall it was very nice. The balcony was awesome with a one of a kind view of the sunset. Thank you!

Just the two of us

The condo was clean and very spacious for two people and would be accommodating for 4 people. Great proximity to John's pass literally right across the street. Everything, literally everything, requires a key. Getting on the elevator from the parking area requires a key. Getting to the beach and getting back from the beach requires a key because the gate requires a key on both sides. The beach was nice but much smaller than what I am used to. If it were the height of summer, you would need to claim your spot early as there isn't a lot of space. Overall, great place and great location.

Great View and Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Madeira Beach and loved this condo. It was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. My family and I would definitely rent this unit again.

family vacation

Great location! Across the street from the entrance to John's Pass. The view was awesome! We saw dolphins everyday. Keep in mind, to get that awesome view of the sunset, the balcony gets very hot in the afternoon. It is worth it to us, but maybe not everyone. Maybe a fan on the balcony would be nice. Having a washer and dryer in the unit is a huge plus, especially with little ones. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. The beds were very comfortable. The condo stayed cool. There were a few negatives, but nothing that would make me not stay here again. Furniture could use some updating. The sleeper sofa needs a new mattress. The kitchen is a galley kitchen and if there is another person in the kitchen, or the oven door is open, or the dishwasher is open, there is no way to pass. The blinds in the guest bedroom need to be replaced. There were several broken slats. For the size of this complex, the pool is very small, with a max capacity of 8 (there were 5 of us). There is only one parking space and no guest parking. This was not a big deal for us, but may be a consideration for some.

We loved staying here.

We really loved the location of the Condo. Lots of shopping and eateries across the street. The condo was clean and very roomy. Deck was awesome and the view of the gulf was amazing! We had a great time and would go back in a heartbeat. The staff at Surf Song were friendly and helpful. We printed our boarding passes in the office and said our goodbyes. Could have used some Kleenex and paper towels in the unit but those are little things. The owners had the kitchen stocked with all other amenities. All in all a very nice place to stay!

Awesome space and location!

My sisters and I have been having girls week in April for many years. We have stayed at several places on Madeira and Indian Rocks Beach in the past. We all agree this is the best! The condo was very nice and very clean. Everything you need too! It had a fabulous view and a great pool. Other guests were fun and friendly and we enjoyed connecting with several others. The proiximity to John's Pass is just a big bonus. We took a dolphin watch trip, ate and shopped and all it required was a walk across the street. No driving. We definitely recommend this property.
