Vacation

The condo was just as described. Clean, comfortable with a great view of the ocean. Restaurants and stores were within walking distance. Would definitely stay again.

Verticals were broken, interior doors stuck, faucet handles were loose, disposal did not work, wallpaper peeling off wall, lots of road noise inside unit, NEEDS REMODELING!!

Great location

The area is nice and there is a grocery store and many places to eat within walking distance. The pool area was nice also and I felt comfortable letting my teens hang out at the pool or walk down to the beach. The specific unit we stayed at was mostly clean, but is in need of updating in some areas. It worked for what we needed on this vacation. The resort as a whole is clean and everyone we met staying there was very nice.

Great location but unit needs updates!

Honestly love the location however this unit is really in need of some updates. It looks like it hasn’t had any in many years! Coffee pot was leaking, broken mirror on closet door, blinds wouldn’t open in bedroom window looking out to the beach, no beach towels and only one beach chair. For the amount of money spent probably would pick a different unit next time. The unit was very clean and had all kitchen needs. Decent size with 2 full bathrooms. Check in process was easy as we were coming in after hours. Keyless entry was nice. Great pool.

Nice place

The view from our unit was not great mostly faced a chick fil a. However the beach is beautiful, its located in an excellent area, easy beach access and very close to several restaurants and shops. The unit is not huge but big enough to be comfortable, the single bedroom is good size with decent sized bathroom. Comes equipped with washer dryer etc. Overall I would recommend to family and friends. I would say comfortably fits 2-4 people

Very disappointing for the fancy price. Wife was very disappointed.

I would rate this sub par at best. Pealing wall paper, rust covered refrigerator, broken vertical blinds and dingy old furniture. The owner was clearly to cheap to make up grades. I stayed in another unit in this complex prior and was happy but the condition of this condo was poor and I had to listen to my wife complain about it all vacation. Rent a different unit and not this one unless you’re 20 something college kids that don’t care.

Very enjoyable!

The property isn’t fancy but the unit we rented #304 was nicely done with a full kitchen and granite countertops. We were there 12 days and the unit never felt cramped. It was bright and cheerful and the bed was great! Our balcony was very near the public beach parking lot so it was sometimes a little noisy. The location was awesome. Several beach bars and restaurants within easy walk. The pool is very small and closed off with fencing. Not sure how many people it can handle during the busy season. Over all a great visit!

Wonderful Experience! Very Relaxing!!

First time vacationing in the St. Petersburg area. Stayed in Condo #307 for a week. It had everything we needed to enjoy our stay at the beach! Quiet. Very clean. Nice to have beach chairs there for our use too. The location was perfect! Beach, right there. Lots of places to see and do within walking distance or within a short drive. The check-in / check-out process was painless. David was great to work with. The office staff was very friendly and accommodating. I would recommend staying here to anyone. We will be back. Nice, clean condo, great sunset views!

The place was just fine. However, I think the decor could be updated and the two beds pushed together to make one was less than optimal. A king or queen size bed should be out in its place. However, the view was perfect for sunsets, appliances were nice, and we found the space very clean. A few updates would make this space amazing! The closet door across from the washer and dryer was off track and a few blinds missing on the patio doors, as well as the main patio exit door being hard to open. I feel these are simple fixes. We enjoyed our stay and the office staff was excellent. I would go back but for these simple fixes I think it would be worth the money to the owners 😊

Great location!

This was my second time staying in this unit. You can't beat the location of this building! It's in walking distance to everything you'd need..grocery store, liquor store, beach bars, a few shops, etc. The unit offers a side view of the ocean, /so it's easy to see if the water is smooth or choppy. It's not a beachfront unit but you're protected from the wind so that's nice. I'd like it if there was a table on the balcony that we could've ate our breakfast at..maybe the owner will add that some day. The unit was clean and had all the basics you'd need. It's decor is dated, but clean, comfortable, and secure. If you need a fashionable place, then this isn't for you, but if you want a great clean place right at the beach, this is perfect.

This place is fabulous!

Very friendly staff, right on the beach and SO incredibly clean! The nostalgic look of the apartment, from the VCR/VHS tapes to the pink bathroom vanities, added character to our stay. There were many little extras that made us feel welcome: beach chairs & pool items to borrow, well-stocked kitchen, comfortable bed, soft towels and a great shower. We will definitely return!

Beach Week

We stayed in unit 406. Even if the Décor was a little out dated we found the unit to be very clean. I understood the (King Size Bed/Twin bed) pushed together in the one bedroom unit had been recently replaced however it was a little uncomfortable. It was very nice that the unit had a stackable washer/dryer combo. The staff on hand to greet us was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about the area and things to do. Detailed instructions on how to leave the unit when departing was helpful and easy. Over all it was a great stay.

Very comfortable.

This was our first experience at a beach condo, and we were very pleased with the accommodations. Comfortable furniture, a well-equipped kitchen, and easy access to the beach made for a relaxing vacation. A number of restaurants are within walking distance: I highly recommend Monarca's Mexican restaurant right across the street which served the best Mexican food I've ever had!

great place!

we had a lovely holiday in this condo. It's right on the water. Nice little pool for the kids, next to the open ocean. We only noticed there were more towels under the bathroom sink right as we were cleaning up, which was our silly.

Nice weekend at the beach.

The condo was clean. Nice direct access the beach. Convenient to the supermarket and shops almost directly across the street. The condo is priced right.

Nice location but needs updating

We enjoyed the location of the property, close to the beach, and across the road from the grocery store. Our unit has not been updated for many years and made the stay a bit disappointing. The bed was flat and uncomfortable, and should be replaced. The couch has also seen better days and was not comfortable to rest on. The towels were old and rough. But the unit layout was fine, it had a full kitchen, and the washer dryer was very helpful. We also used the BBQ grill down by the pool, and that was a nice area to sit and entertain. I think that the property is fine, but you should make sure that the room has been updated.
