This magnificent 2 bedroom condo offers privacy through its very layout. A bathroom adjoins the master bedroom and another is easily accessible to the rest of the apartment. The living room, dining room and kitchen bring the family together in the open space they create. The apartment also has a laundry room and a charming private balcony overlooking the garden.
Located on the 3rd and last floor of a walkup building of the famous Avalon complex, the apartment was completely renovated and decorated. Inside this complex, you can benefit from a beautiful heated swimming pool, a gym, a reception room and a beautiful garden in which you can enjoy your walks in the morning and late evening. The Royal Tropical can accommodate up to 6 people. On-site parking is free and this little slice of heaven is located just a 10-minute drive from the most beautiful beach in Clearwater Beach, 15 minutes from Indian Rocks Beach and 20 minutes from Madeira Beach. It is also close to many other tourist attractions, restaurants, shops and activities. In short, this apartment ticks all the items on the list of interest of travelers eager for a dream vacation.
For your trip to the beach: beach towels, beach umbrella, portable chairs and cooler are also available for guests use.
We provide a small starter supply of disposable household necessities for your stay: shampoo, body wash, hand soap, dishwasher pod (detergent), laundry detergent pod, paper towels, toilet paper.

Notes:
The buildings of The Avalon complex do not have elevators.
Rates are based on 4 guests; add $15 per night, per additional guest.
Upon completion of booking, we require a valid ID for short term rental application with the complex's administration.
For your safety and security, there is a security peephole camera installed on the door of your condo unit. This camera only monitors the exterior hallway outside the door.
