This newly built in 2025 4-story townhome offers the perfect combination of luxury, comfort, and convenience, located just 300 feet from the picturesque sands of Madeira Beach. Enter the spacious garage which provides parking for two cars and easy access to the private elevator, which conveniently takes you from the ground level all the way to the rooftop deck. There is driveway parking in the front for one additional car.
The second floor is the centerpiece of this home, featuring an open concept living space designed for both relaxation and entertainment. Unwind on the plush, brand-new furniture in the living room and enjoy your favorite shows on the large-screen TV.
