Great overall, plenty of towels for the beach showers. Kitchen was pretty basic, no oils or spices or anything, but not a deal breaker. Walking distance to Publix, in a seemingly nice neighborhood. Overall a great place to crash on our business trip.

The property and owners are great! We stayed with a family of 6 very comfortably. The neighborhood was quite and safe. We loved having a little back yard to grill our catch of the day. We enjoyed our stay at Elsa’s house. The house is very clean, has all you need for great vacation - well stocked kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, a lot of beach gear. The back yard is lovely and well maintained. The neighborhood is quiet, and you are close to beaches, shopping, restaurants. The home was the cleanest we've ever rented. Centrally located and near Seminole Lake Park and Florida Botanical Garden. Great places to walk, relax and enjoy Florida. We are not beach people, but the Gulf is very nearby.

This house was just perfect for what my sisters and mom and I needed. There were 4 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms and it was well kept. It had a great location, with anything we needed a short drive away. Elsa was very accommodating, answering any questions I had promptly. We would definitely stay here again!

Really enjoyed the house. Plenty of room. Very clean. Kitchen had all we needed for Thanksgiving dinner cooking. Great backyard. Was not aware it was a handicap accessible house but that was not an issue. Only issue was the medicine cabinet hung out a touch to much over the sink in the master bath. Made it a little awkward brushing teeth. No doubt we will stay there next year.

Big pluses were the availability of beach towels, ice chest, chairs and totes for trips to the beach. The BBQ and the beautiful back yard surely made you feel like you were "On Island Time". Elsa was very responsive to any questions we had and checked to make sure things were going well every day.
