Comment perdre des clients : Nous avons réservé par votre intermédiaire, 20 minutes avant d’apprendre le décès de notre meilleur ami. Nous avons appelé votre service client pour annuler et reporter cette réservation à Lyon, sur notre chemin du retour, le collaborateur hôtels.com nous a indiqué que c’était de la responsabilité de l’hôtel de rembourser. Nous avons contacté l’hôtel qui nous a expliqué qu’il ne pouvait pas à cause de la commission à vous verser. En direct cela aurait été plus simple !!!! L’hôtel a proposé un Avoir valable 1 mois. (L’historique de l’hôtel prouve que nous séjournons dans cet hôtel depuis plusieurs années uniquement au mois d’août). Donc proposition sans intérêt. Fâchés, nous avons donc réservé directement notre hôtel à Lyon sur le site d’ACCOR, et au surplus nous avons eu un tarif très intéressant. Des clients mécontents d’hôtels.com et de l’hôtel

Etape d'une nuit pour visite des Baux de Provence.

Hotel très bien situé, très calme bien qu'étant à proximité immédiate du village. Parking sécurisé sur place, bien pratique. Cadre provençal très agréable. Accueil par un monsieur très sympathique à notre arrivée, nous donnant tous les renseignements dont nous avions besoin.

Un hotel bien situé, accès possible au centre de maussane à pied. Animaux acceptes. Pas de menage en chambre durant le sejour sauf demande particuliere. Priviligier les chambres premium pour un acces direct sur le jardin (pratique lorsquon a un animal) ou la piscine. Petit dejeuner correct à prendre en terrasse si on le souhaite. Trs agreable lorsqu'il faut chaud . Entetien des exterieurs excellent. Prsonnel agreable et accueillant.
