Do you want to recharge your batteries in Provence in a calm and soothing setting?

Our cottage, classified 3 stars and located in Aureille, at the gates of the Baux Valley in the heart of the Alpilles Natural Park, welcomes you with family, friends or lovers for a stay in the South East of France.
Ideally located, we are 45 km from Marseille-Provence airport and 40 km from Avignon train station and 50 km from Aix en Provence train station.

The "Mas des Lauriers", in the heart of the Alpilles, offers up to 6 beds in a loft style with a master bedroom with dressing room (160 cm bed), a mezzanine bedroom (160 cm bed) and a convertible sofa ( 140 cm). You have a fully equipped kitchen open to the living room and dining room as well as a bathroom with walk-in shower and double sink.

You can also enjoy the good weather while having breakfast on the terrace or have a barbecue while listening to the song of the cicadas! Young and old will have fun with the games available to you (racket games, giant mikado, cards, poker ...)

You want to stroll and visit the region: Aureille is a stone's throw from Eygalières (12 km), Eyguières (9 km) and Salon de Provence (17 km) but also from Maussane les Alpilles (13 km), Saint Rémy de Provence (20 km) and Les Baux de Provence (17 km).

Prices :
high season (July / August): 90 € / night - minimum 1 week
medium season (sept / oct / christmas / may / june): 70 € / night - 2 nights minimum
low season (nov to april): 65 € / night - 2 nights minimum

Option: towels and sheets: € 12 per bed

Les Alpilles authentiques dans un gîte contemporain

Arrivée dans un grand domaine en pleine nature au milieu des champs. Le gîte est joli, contemporain et rien ne manque. Le village (à 3 km) est mignon et on trouve les produits locaux dans l'épicerie logée dans une ancienne église. Le GR et les sentiers de promenades sont nombreux au départ d'Aureille. Cerise sur le gâteau: un terrain de pétanque pour nous distraire le soir.Mrs Piton père et fils sont très sympas et cela contribue à la magie du lieu.Un lieu où nous retournerons avec plaisir.

Schöner Aufenthalt

Ein nettes kleines Häuschen (ehemaliger Pferdestall) als letzte Wohnung auf einem Bauernhof. Sehr ruhig gelegen, saubere Wohnung. Alles da, was wir benötigt haben, um uns einen schönen Urlaub in den Alpillen zu gönnen. Nette, zuvorkommende Vermieterin, netter Kontakt vorab und hinterher per E-Mail. Die Lage war optimal für Ausflüge in verschieden Richtungen.

Wunderbare Unterkunft

Wir haben eine Woche im September 2021 dort verbracht. Es war das erste Mal, dass wir diese Art des Urlaubs gemacht haben. Die Wohnung ist wunderbar. Der Bau oder die letzte Renovierung ist scheinbar auch noch nicht sehr lange her, wir schätzen nicht viel länger als 5 Jahre. Modernes Aussehen, bequemes Bett samt Bettbezug, gut ausgestattete Küche und nicht lieblos aus Resten zusammengestellt, ausreichend großes und schönes Bad. Hinzu kommt die absolute Ruhe, die man dort hat. Uneinsehbar das Ganze. Tolle Veranda zum chillen und Frühstücken. Wenn wir nochmal in die Provence fahren, dann wird unsere erste Anlaufstation diese Unterkunft sein. Nochmals Danke. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Und die Gastgeber sind übrigens auch sehr nett.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in toller Umgebung

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in dem modernen, geschmackvoll eingerichteten, ruhig gelegenen Ferienhaus sehr genossen. Gute Ausstattung mit allem, was mach braucht. Auch Öl, Essig, Zucker und einige Gewürze sind vorhanden. Gute Klimaanlage, die im Sommer auch dringend gebraucht wird. Wunderbare Terrasse mit Blick ins Grüne. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und haben auf Anliegen schnell reagiert. Sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für schöne Ziele in der Provence. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Espaçoso e confortável

Tivemos uma muita boa estadia. O espaço é bem arrumado e funcional com tudo que precisa. A cama é excelente. Aproveitamos bem da churrasqueira na varanda. Por se em ambiente rural, tem bastante insectos, mas as janelas são equipadas de mosqueteiros.

Perfekter Urlaub in perfekter Umgebung

Wir hatten einen perfekten Aufenthalt in einem wunderschönen Ferienhaus in optimaler Lage. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr modern und stilvoll eingerichtet. Es ist sehr wohnlich eingerichtet, mit Bildern an der Wand, farblich alles abgestimmt, und dekoriert. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Küche ist mit allem was man so braucht ausgestattet und es ist alles einwandfrei sauber. Es gibt keine Kaffeemaschine für Filterkaffee, dafür aber eine zum Kaffee aufschütten und zusammenpressen und eine Kapselkaffeemaschine. Als Teetrinker fehlt eine Teekanne. Die Fenster haben Fliegengitter, es gibt eine Klimaanlage und sogar einen Ankleideraum. Das obere Schlafzimmer ist als Galerie gestaltet, also zum Wohnraum hin offen. Es gibt vor der Tür eine große Terasse mit Strohdach, einem wundervollen Blick in die Natur und einen gemauerten Grill, Waschbecken (auch sehr sauber) und einen kleinen Abstellraum mit Waschmaschine, Putzmitteln und Wäscheklammern. Die Vermieter haben Anfragen bzw. kleine Probleme z.B. die Frage nach einem Sonnenschirm den wir als Schattenspender fürs Frühstück brauchten sofort erledigt. Es ist sehr ruhig gelgen, abseits von der Straße, ideal zum abschalten. Die Lage ist perfekt um die Provence in alle Richtungen zu erkunden. Wir können dieses Ferienhaus wärmstens weiterempfehlen und bei einem nächsten Urlaub in der Provence selber auch gerne wieder kommen. Einfach alles sehr gelungen!

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus liegt auf einem Gutshof in ruhiger (!) wunderschöner Lage umgeben von Natur und Feldern. Aureille ist ein schöner kleiner Ort; von dort aus sind nicht nur die vielen bekannten Sightseeing-Städtchen in kurzer Zeit erreichbar, sondern eignet sich auch perfekt für wunderbare Wandertouren durch die Alpilles, dessen Gipfel einen großartigen Blick auf die von Olivenbäumen geprägte Landschaft bieten. Die Gite selbst ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und modern ausgestattet. Neben einer großen Küche mit Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher und Kaffeemaschine gibt es einen Holzkohlegrill und eine Waschmaschine. Die Pitons waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit- die perfekten Vermieter. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit dort wieder unseren Provence- Urlaub verbringen und können die Gite jedem wärmstens empfehlen.

Nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement dans un gîte pratiquement neuf confortable et avec le soleil en sus. Stéphane et Géraldine font le maximum pour que « tout baigne ». Petit restau simple mais sympa sur la place de la Mairie !!!

Tastefully decorated gite in a beautiful location in Provence

Great gite in a beautiful, peaceful location in Provence. The gite is fully equipped such as a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, extractor hood, parking space, etc. The gite also has a (silent) air conditioning that cools the room well in the summer, the door of the downstairs room must be open otherwise it gets very hot in that room. The gite is tastefully decorated, neat and has beds with good mattresses. The porch is also great and equipped with a stone barbeque. The owners are very friendly and if there is a problem (internet went out once, the door lock did not open easily and the washing machine water supply was not properly connected), they are very quick to help you . The gite is less suitable for people with walking difficulties because of the thresholds and small children must walk carefully on the stairs to the upper room because it has no handrail on one side. The only thing missing for a five star feeling is actually a swimming pool. We certainly had a great time in the gite and wish Géraldine, Stephane and baby Lana all the best with the gite! When we are back in Provence, we will definitely come again!
