Beautiful home near Avignon

My adult kids, their family and friends and I spent a wonderful two weeks in this beautiful home in June 2024. It is spacious, comfortable, well equipped and well-located near Avignon. There are endless villages and towns within a 1.5 hour radius of the house and when you want to take a break from the Roman structures, the charming village squares, the lavender fields and the wineries, you relax in the lovely garden and pool that the home provides. Could not have been happier. Thank you for hosting us.

We had two wonderful weeks in this lovely and super clean and welcomning house. A superb pool and garden, a friendly and uncomplicated check in and cute little town nearby. Een top locatie. Al meer dan 20 jaar verblijven wij in een vakantiehuis begin juli. Deze woning staat in de top 3. Ruime en verzorgde kamers en badkamers. Prachtige en rustgevende omgeving.

Zeer mooie ligging, oprijlaan, mooi gekoeld huis en zeer netjes en proper. Mooie deftige kamers, met een hedendaagse toets. De tuin is een oase van rust en privacy, perfect mooi zwembad, waar je heerlijk kan relaxen. De ontvangst was heel aangenaam en bij problemen losten de eigenaars dit zo rap mogelijk op. Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Echter zijn er voor ons toch was verbeterpunten. Quasi alles was aanwezig in de keuken met uitzondering van electrische fruitpers en soepmixer. Wij kokkerellen zéér graag, de plancha, is veel te klein voor 8 personen. Alsook de BBQ. Tijdens ons verblijf was de ijsblokreservoir van de Amerikaanse frigo kapot; De eigenaar was zo vriendelijk om onmiddellijk een zak ijsblokken te brengen. De technieker is deze komen herstellen, maar het probleem was niet opgelost, waardoor we ons volledig verblijf water op de grond hadden. Helaas is de afwasmachine 3 dagen voor ons vertrek ook stukgegaan, de technieker is opnieuw langsgekomen, maar het bleek een gekend probleem te zijn met deze vaat. Op de bovenverdieping, lekte de airco continue. Voor de prijs dat je betaalt, wat stevig is, verwacht je dat alles perfect werkt. Een vakantie moet zorgeloos zijn. Niettegenstaande de defecten, zouden we onmiddellijk terug gaan als dit opgelost is. Dankjewel om ons te ontvangen. Fam. Maes

Gentil accueil par Vincent et Magalie, maison bien équipée , piscine bien entretenue et jardin fermé ( parfait avec un chien). Eyragues au centre de la provence et à proximité d‘un bon nombre de monuments à voir. Bref, nous avons passé d‘agréables moments en famille dans une belle maison répondant à toutes nos exigences.

Entspannter Urlaub mit der Familie

Wir hatten einen sehr entspannten Urlaub in diesem Ferienhaus. Die Außenanlage ist für eine Familie mit Kleinkinder perfekt. Unsere Kinder waren die meiste Zeit im Pool oder sind über die große Wiese im Garten geflitzt. Der Pool ist mit einem Rolladen ganz einfach schließbar, das ist sehr praktisch und sicher. Das Haus und das ganz Gelände sind sehr schick und herzlich hergerichtet. Das Zimmer und Bad im Keller sind ganz neu renoviert und war für die Großeltern perfekt. Jeder hat die Möglichkeit sich zurück zu ziehen, wobei insgesamt das Haus schon recht hellhörig ist. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet. Die Terrasse und die Sitzecke sind sehr gemütlich. Das gesamte Haus ist klimatisiert. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und jederzeit erreichbar, wir hatten einen sehr guten Kontakt.Der einzige Kritikpunkt ist der kleine Kinderspielplatz hinter dem Haus, dieser ist sehr veraltet und nicht wirklich für Kleinkinder nutzbar, entweder erneuern und etwas anderes daraus machen. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Ferienhaus sehr empfehlen, es fehlt an nichts. Es ist soo ruhig dort, toll gelegen am Feldrand.

Super séjour chez Vincent et Magali

Magnifique semaine chez Vincent et Magali. La maison est très confortable, les équipements sont très complets : rien ne manque pour un séjour au top. Mooie vakantiewoning met potentieel

Aantrekkelijke gerenoveerde woning met grote tuin maar met nog enkele verbeterpunten. Heel teleurstellend dat de info op VRBO over het zwembad misleidend en niet correct is! VRBO vermeldt "verwarmd zwembad" maar dat was niet het geval tijdens ons verblijf in de paasvakantie! De eigenaar zegt dat het zwembad alleen verwarmd wordt van mei tot september.

Very comfortable house - great service - good and quiet location

We had a superb stay in this holiday house - 2 weeks with our family, including 2 young kids and 8 adults. A warm welcome and friendly service from Magali & Vincent ! A comfortable clean swimming pool and a big nicely fenced garden. The kitchen and various rooms are well equipped ! I really can recommend this place for a relaxing and enpjoyable stay. Belle et grande maison bien équipée, avec un exterieur magnifique ! Grande piscine très bien exposée avec équipement de qualité (transat, bouées, barbecue, plancha, salon de jardin et grande table pour profiter au maximum de cette belle météo) Nous avons passé un excellent séjour entre amis durant 1 semaine. Seul petit bémol: la chambre du bas est humide. L’emplacement est idéal pour découvrir la région! Les propriétaires sont réactifs et arrangeants ce qui est vraiment appréciable ! Nous sommes ravis :)

Très belle semaine à Eyragues

La propriété est tout simplement magnifique. Eyragues est charmant, on y trouve un supermarché, deux boulangeries, des brasseries, des restos... Et puis c'est idéalement situé dans cette superbe Provence. L'espace extérieur (piscine, terrasse couverte et pelouse) est optimal. Nous avons eu des petits soucis avec le volet de la piscine qui ont été de suite résolu par le propriétaire. Pour la demeure, le rez-de-chaussée est top. La climatisation indirecte est un super confort pour éviter les refroidissements. Il y a partout des volets électriques qui assurent des pièces bien sombres (idéal pour le sommeil). La pièce de vie (cuisine et salon) est immense et super top. Au niveau des petits points négatifs, l'étage (au moins de juillet) est trop chaud. La porte qui donne sur l’escalier du -1 ne se fermait pas et était dangereuse pour nos petits bouts. L'espace "plaine de jeu" manque un peu d'entretien. Merci à Vincent et son épouse pour leur gentillesse et leur réactivité. Nous avons passé une très belle semaine.
