“je suis parti en couple à Morcote et je suis satisfait de l’hôtel et plus que satisfait du personnel. La chambre était située au 2 e étage avec vue sur le lac donc la vue etait incroyable et la chambre était très propre, la dame qui s’occupe du ménage est une crème . Nous sommes arrivés au alentours des 9 h du matin donc nous avions beaucoup d’avance mais nous avons été très bien accueilli et le temp est passer très vite avec la serveuse qui a su bien nous mettre à l’aise je recommande……

“Loved this slice of heaven, away from the crowds of Lugano but yet convenient to get to by car. The front desk service was amazing - the girls were so friendly and helpful.
Daily breakfast was clean tasting and delicious. The hotel grounds are so thoughtful, well designed and aesthetic. Despite it being an old building, it did not feel cold like some old buildings can - Insulation done right!
Highly recommend to anyone who loves a quaint boutique hotel with great service and thoughtful……
