「The condo was easy to find and check into. It’s noteworthy that it’s on ground level, so someone with mobility issues doesn’t have to carry luggage up or down stairs. The place was very well equipped with a great bed, lots of towels, folding chairs for the beach and snorkeling equipment. I would definitely recommend getting a rental car though. Parking was right in front of the condo, so very convenient. The only thing that was an issue for me were the 3 swimming pools, because you had to climb...

「The location of the villa was top notch. Right on the bay and in a fairly quiet part of the island outside that you can hear karaoke night at Margaritaville lol. The listing was everything they said it was. Kitchen had just enough to be able to make your meals in the villa on nights you want to stay in and relax. The hosts were responsive and helpful. The location was perfect- 5 minutes to groceries and several beach options, plus walking distance to resort amenities like great restaurants when we got sick of driving. Exactly as shown in the pictures! Power was out on st Thomas and St. John for a total of 48 hours during our stay. Thanks to the generator the outage never affected us! A/C felt great after a day enjoying the beautiful beaches!We would definitely recommend this vrbo.」

「Nora was an excellent host and made sure everything went smooth. Having the pool was a nice benefit. We loved how close it was to everything in Cruz Bay, and that we could walk to dinner each night. 「This was a beautiful villa!!! We were welcomed upon arriving by Utiny who assisted us in navigating the features of the home. The villa was VERY clean however upon arrival at our check-in time, it was still being serviced/cleaned. The views from this home were absolutely spectacular!!! Just to note for other potential renters, this home is removed from the main areas on St. Thomas and does require quite a bit of scary driving. We rented a car which took awhile to learn to navigate driving...

「We love St John and this is not our first villa rental On the island. OverallLocation and property manager were great. House had maintenance issues but they did their best to address them but overall, showers weren’t good(head was taped on), a/c in main bedroom was not adequate, big gap in between Front doors felt unsafe, Kitchen is tight so if you plan to cook, Only one person can be in there and there is NoDishwasher. Outdoor spaces are incredible, beds are comfortable and home is very clean....
