Amazing house and views

Wonderful place to stay!

This is our second stay at this property, which is best compliment! For us, it's a perfect place to enjoy St. Thomas...a great house, less than a 10 minute drive to the beautiful Magen's Bay beach, close enough to the rest of the island's activities and in a safe, gated community. And the host Patricia, is outstanding!

The view, the home, the perfect vaca

St Thomas Modern Villa Stay

Patricia's home on the North shore of St Thomas is beautiful and is exactly as advertised. The villa was perfect for our family Christmas vacation with gorgeous views, close access to Magens Beach and excellent amenities. We will definitely stay in Patricia's home again.

Great Family Getaway

The property is stunning; it actually looks more beautiful in person than it does online. The outdoor space is excellent! The kitchen is well appointed with every utensil, pan, and many spices.Patricia was attentive and quick to respond to our questions. If we travel to St. Thomas again, we will not even consider another rental!

Fantastic home - will definitely be going back

We had an amazing experience with Patricia. We had travel plans unexpectedly change and booked with Patricia at the last minute. She was extremely responsive and had the house cleaned and ready for us 18 hours later when we arrived. She could not have been a better host and we loved the property. No need to leave. Fantastic views and never had to leave the property. 10/10!

Wonderful Family Getaway

Located in a quiet neighborhood, this property is beautiful! The house was perfect for our family of 5 adults. Clean and well maintained. We made a big breakfast every morning, the kitchen was well equipped and stocked with staples. Bedrooms and bathrooms were nicely appointed and comfortable. The outdoor living space was lovely; great seating and a pool with a view. And the owner was friendly, helpful, and made check in (and out) a breeze. We would definitely stay here again! 100% recommend!

Breathtaking view

This house suited our needs perfectly. Primary on the main floor and two bedrooms upstairs with en suite bathrooms. Kitchen was well equipped and we cooked several meals. We rented a van and the driveway is a little tricky but we eventually mastered it! The view though - best we have ever had. Simply spectacular. Patricia was very helpful and responsive to any inquiries or requests. Highly recommend this property!

Incredible property

Patricia’s property was exactly as the pictures and info describes! Absolutely incredible views of the ocean from every room! Rooms were all large and well equipped with everything you would need….just bring your bathing suit!! The booking was super easy and Patricia was quick to respond! We will definitely want to stay here again!

Amazing Stay!

We had an amazing stay in St. Thomas! This property is everything that is advertised and more. The views from the rooms and pool are spectacular! We spent most of the time in the pool and enjoying all of the outdoor amenities. We like to stay in and cook so we really appreciated the kitchen and the outdoor grill. The host made everything easy and was accessible for any questions. Looking forward to going back next year!

Great Rental

Everything about the rental including the property manager was 5 stars. The house itself was very comfortable for our family including two young children. The area was secure and felt very private. Spring break

If I could give this home a 10 star I would! Perfect location and views! In fact the pictures are beautiful but actually being there is even more beautiful. It’s peaceful and the home is very clean. The kitchen has everything you need to make meals on a perfect gas cooktop looking out at the ocean. Overall our experience was a 10 and we will be back!

Just What The Doctor Order

We just got back from our 8 day stay here, Believe me,,,I didn’t want to go home😩. The view takes your breath away and the house was very very nice and super clean. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you would need to prepare a meal. I will be highly recommending this property to my friends and family.

Our family had an incredible week. Pictures cannot do justice to the tranquility the villa provides. Our stay was so relaxing and that's hard to do with four kids and a fiance! We found Patricia's guidance and tips on exploring the island(s) to be invaluable. We would definitely return to St. Thomas and rebook this villa.

Fantastic Property and Host

The property was as advertised. We had 3 couples on the trip and the house was perfect. Enough room for all. The house was well furnished. We really enjoyed the covered porch/deck - you could be in the sun or shade. The location was great- away from the crowds - quiet and peaceful - but just a short drive to all the sites. Lastly, Patricia was a fantastic host. She was very helpful and always prompt in responding to inquiries.

Highlight of our trip!

The pictures of this beautiful home don’t do it justice! Having the sliders open with a nice warm breeze throughout the house while enjoying the expansive ocean view was so serene and relaxing. When we sat down as a family post vacation, everyone agreed that this home was the highlight of our trip! If you’re thinking about booking this place, please do. You will not regret it! Thankful for the view!

Listing and pictures can not do this home justice. Communication was perfect, recommendations were given and home was fully stocked. Unfortunately, our trip included a few nights in the hospital (nothing related to the vacation or stay) so the view from the home became our happy place to relax. Be ready to drive on the left side of the road, take a ferry to St John and don't be afraid to explore. A very friendly island and a hospital that can take care of you if the need arises. Amazing place to stay!!!

We had a wonderful time and absolutely loved our stay! The house is just as described and the pictures definitely don’t do it justice - it’s even more beautiful in person. Patricia made sure our stay was nothing short of perfect! She gave us all the instructions for check in upon arrival so everything went smoothly! The house is fully stocked with all the necessities for cooking and going to the beach! The beds were so comfortable and everyone had their own bathroom. It worked great for our family! We loved having the pool and hot tub right at the house - it was a highlight for the kids! The home was located in a safe neighborhood and close to a great coffee shop and a couple delicious restaurants! The grocery store is a little bit of a drive, but we stopped on our way from the airport to the house and it worked great for our family. There is a book at the house that highlights some of the top places to visit so we had no problem finding things to do and enjoying the week! There was nothing better than waking up to the beautiful views every morning! We would definitely recommend this home! Thank you for a great stay, Patricia!

Amazing Home!

We had friends travel with us for our wedding and now I wish we had the ceremony at the villa! The pictures on the listing were gorgwous but seeing it in person….no words can describe. The garden walkway to the entry is well kept, the gorgeous outdoor patio, dining area, the gorgeous water and Hans Lollik Island right in front of you. Sea views from all rooms! The villa has everything (and more) needed to have a wonderful vacation. Everything was spotless and ready to use. And you could spend your whole vacation at the villa and not feel guilty! I cannot say enough great things about Villa Seascape and Patricia. She was very quick to respond back the week or two before our arrival with little questions I had and was very responsive once our plane landed and throughout our stay. I would love to stay at Villa Seascape again and will recommend it to anyone I know looking for a quiet St. Thomas location!

The only criticism is that we had to eventually leave

If you read the other reviews, then this one is going to sound awfully familiar. Patricia was an incredibly gracious and helpful host, and was quick to respond to any inquiries we had. The property speaks for itself. The pictures are accurate, but the reality is so much nicer. The entire villa is beautiful, and is ideal for anyone wanting to leave the stress of everyday life behind. The bedrooms (especially the master bedroom) are fantastic and spacious. The kitchen is ideal for those days when you just can't bring yourself to leave the property (it happens) and want to make something for yourself. There are multiple grocery options nearby, and of course a ton of choices for dining out. We spent a LOT of time in the infinity pool, gazing out at the sapphire blue ocean waters. But if you prefer to go into those waters, Magens Bay is less than a 10 minute drive away. Really, it feels like just about anything on the island is within a half hour. So if you are considering this location for your special getaway and are wondering if it really is worth the price tag... it is.
