Amazing new/modern condo-Walk to beach, Marina and pools. Red Hook/bars near by!

  • CONDO HAS BACK UP GENERATORS!!! This 1 bedroom unit has been 100% renovated. I've seen numerous units in Sapphire Village and this is the nicest, most modern in the complex! New floors, bathroom, paint, furniture, spectacular ocean view, granite countertops throughout, backsplash, 55in flat screens in bedroom and living room and unit has high speed internet. It has gorgeous views of the ocean, BVI and St. John from your private patio. It's a 3 minute walk to Sapphire Beach for an excellent day of snorkeling and relaxing. Sapphire Beach Bar has great food/live music. It's a 2 minute walk to two different swimming pools and the marina, where you can do snorkeling trips, boat trips to other islands, including British Virgin Islands. Condo is a few steps from a very nice restaurant/bar, Sudi's, which is awesome! Less than 1/2 mile away is Red Hook which has many excellent restaurants and bars. Condo has a king size bed, full kitchen, living room and everything you'll need for your stay. Split A/C units in the bedroom and living room keep the condo very cool. Full-size fridge, dining table w/ 4 chairs, patio furniture and games in the condo. Laundry available onsite and TV has Netflix. Onsite maintenance staff are very friendly and responsive.

Very nice property. Air conditioning worked great. Bed was very comfortable. Modern bathroom, kitchen and finishing. Good view of marina from balcony. Very pleased.

This condo is in a great location you can walk to the beach, the pool, and a few restaurants. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony, enjoying the beautiful view. Raleigh provided lots of information on activities, restaurants, and bars.

This condo was very clean and matched the on-line description well. Short walk to the beach. There were beach chairs we could use and the kitchen had all the dishes and cookware we needed during our stay. Very nice condo!

Raleigh is a great host, he gave us excellent recommendations for Red Hook and the surrounding areas. His unit was absolutely stunning, fabulous location and very clean.
